Home Advisor was good to work with and the work quality was great! Quoted us $229 to install the unit. However, the chosen contractors customer-relations was the most horrid we have ever experienced in our entire lives. The technician removed the old faucet from our home without our consent unbeknownst to us. We contacted the dispatch within 45 mins after he left when we noticed it was gone. But then the manager immediately blamed us for NOT asking the repairman to leave it! We have never heard of such a thing with contractors. Typically, they would ask to take de-installed items. Well, we needed it to process a warranty claim back with the manufacturer. The New Flow Plumbing manager and admin clerk lied that it was destroyed; citing the old faucet was *crap and they do not keep crap in their vans*. The owner then said (lied) that the unit was chopped up and placed in a Taco Bell dumpster. He went on to say that he should have charged us more for the work! We do not know what this has to do with taking items from someone's home without their consent? But if they could not meet our price point for the faucet, then we had many other options to pursue other contractors. Well after not relenting and accepting the managers story, the faucet magically re-appeared on our doorstep within the hour. The admin later called us to apologize for the issue and the managers behavior. It is simple. The owner/manager was simply arrogant, rude (to the point of actually screaming), self-serving, degrading, demoralizing, untrusting, belittling, and lied that the unit was destroyed. Unbelievable!!! If their policy is to take items, then they should verbally state it upfront and place it in their contract. We would NEVER use these guys EVER again and highly discourage anyone from using them! The owner/manager is sorely in need of customer experience and relationship training. He will lose business with his attitude. It is good that he is got experienced service techs who know how to treat customers and can do the work. I am a military career veteran and not even drill sergeants demean people like this guy. God help him! Again, it is not the quality of work but the aftermath that ensued of taking an item and being deceitful about it. Repair techs rating = 5; manager/owner = (-4) negative 4!

I would appreciate being offered the best value for the service required. Instead, I felt like I was being offered something I did not need. All I needed was a plunger replaced and I was out of town and could not do it myself. It was a simple fix, yet it was suggested I might actually consider replacing the entire toilet! I did appreciate the immediate response time and the same day repair and service very much. Knowing what I needed and still being charged almost 200 dollars for the five-minute installation with a ten dollar part felt unfair. Still, the ability to get someone immediately was great. For that, I thank you.

Quick toilet replacement and disposal of my old toilet

Jeff was a little rough on the sales side but quality of work was great. Tremendous pride in his work and it showed. While price was a little higher than I think it should have been, he fixed a number of things that weren t accounted for and his price didn t change. I am very satisfied with the end product and would recommend New Flow to others.

They were on time and completed the project on time.

I had a leak with my water shut off valve. They came out next day. Very responsive to text (texted them for info the night before after 9PM). They said it’d be a 4 hour job. Turned out to be the whole day. They replaced the pipe and built me a new one made of copper. Total price was a little over $800. It should last me a long while. Thought not aesthetically pleasing because it’s copper and bright, I feel good in know it’s going to last a long time. I’ll just paint it later if it really bothers me.
