Art was very friendly and explained how the toilet should flush and potential problems for why not functioning the way it should. He discussed options and the costs for each one and his recommendations. My only complaint or somewhat of a complaint is the cost. $200 for snaking and changing the filler. Then if I wanted to make sure the line was really clear, $115 for the camera scope, etc. Just see the dollars adding up to what ultimately I may need to do is replace the toilet. But let me say, I appreciate that Art explained everything...very professional. Most likely will use him again unless I can find someone who is cheaper.

We hired them to install a dishwasher, faucet, and connect a water line to the ice maker in our fridge. I feel like they overcharged us at $600. Customer service was fine and the quality of the work was fine.
