Very knowledgeable company. They were able to get all permits and inspections out of the way quick and the roof was done in 3 days.

They said the work would be done in four days and it took six days. They implied that they would work straight through the weekend but they took the weekend off. They had problems with the inspector from the city and stopped work at noon after removing some roof already completed until the inspector could come back the next day allowing them to continue after inspection. It seemed that they did not know what the city of Citrus Heights expected in a roof. When finally completed it looked great and they cleaned up well.

They have the best price out of several bids that I received, they completed the work in a timely fashion and left everything clean after they finished.

We were in a process to sell our house and were in a hurry to repair the roof following an inspection to address the findings. We had contacted another roofer at first - they came to estimate the job needed to be done at around $850. We had some questions and asked the roofer to address them and they never got back to us. So we contacted Roof Recovery - by now we were REALLY crunching for time. Roof Recovery sent Cosmin to estimate the job, and he quoted the same job for $350 and executed the repair in a timely manner. Not only did they quoted the job honestly and fairly, they did a fantastic job of repairing. Cosmin was very professional and knowledgeable, and explained to us what process needed to be done - and even picked out some cracked tiles that the inspector had missed. We will definitely use them again.

I read the nice and glowing reviews for this company with the unfortunate knowledge of how far this company has fallen. As of spring 2018 I can report to you that their work is negligent, unprofessional, and shoddy. I hired them to do a repair job on my roof, which was completed but it leaked. I asked that they collaborate with my solar installer but they didn't. A truck showed up, and a worker made some noise and blamed it on the solar company. The next rain it still leaked and the solar company fixed animproperly installed waterproof seal. The backing had not been removed! They add a lot of money for extra tiles to my bill. Was that related to the contest they had where they were running on my tiles and jumping off the roof? To shorten the nails on my deck they didn't use a flush cutter or oscillating carbide blade, but instead used an electric grinder, leaving 160 circular dark indentations in the ceiling that will now have to be repaired and repainted. I paid about $3000 for this. They won't answer my emails now. Poor communications, unprofessional crew, negligent work. They now claim that it wasn't the solar company after all, but added an additional $11,000 to fix it this time. They also tell me now that the roof doesn't meet their quality standards. They discovered that the third time up there. really.

cost estimates were all over the map. RR was not the cheapest but they took the time to understand the problem, went on the roof to identify the issues and found other items that needed attention. they stayed in contact with us during the entire process and made sure they completed all the work as specified. we would use them again if ever needed and have provided recommendations to my neighbors who may have similar problems. Highly recommend RR, Very pleased with the customer service and workmanship.

I had 5 companies come out to give me estimates for my shingle roof replacement and this company was the best company out of all 5. The process was easy and I really liked the fact that they were able to finance me on a good plan. I highly recommend them.
