I called the company and spoke to a Supervisor (Josh) and explained that yes I did sign for the package but since the box did not appear to have any noticeable damage I did not open and inspect before leaving the premises. Josh was as terse and brief in his answer as the email response. Not willing to do anything to help me. I explained that I was out $270 plus shipping of $70 and have only a damaged sink to show for it. He would not budge and explained that I should not have signed the release without inspecting the package. I pointed out that we have no idea if the damage occurred during shipping or if it was defective at the onset. He again refused to budge and at this point I have no resolution whatsoever. I'm APPALLED at this companies refusal to rectify the issue. and would caution people to BEWARE of shopping here - even if the prices are cheaper. If I had purchased from another store I may have paid more, but at least I would not have a defective product and no refund.
