Description of Work: We called out Magnolia Heating and Cooling because our air conditioner was not turning on. He took a lot of time to make sure he knew exactly what the problem was. It ended up being our thermostat, which he told us to return to Home Depot where we got it because it was defective. I appreciated his honesty because he could have told me to have him install one for about $500, but he never pushed that on us. I would use them again, he was on time, same day service, and was professional.
