Description of Work: Dryer vent cleaning. Had to return second time as first visit did not clean completely or correctly. Discovered huge amount of lint clogged in the dryer itself. Did not charge for second visit. Very professional and overall helpful.

Description of Work: A/C stopped cooling. Had this problem approximately 4 months prior, had another company out, charged me over $800 to recharge my "faulty" and "needs to be replaced" system, and shoved me into a future appointment with their company to discuss replacing my 7 year old system. I cancelled that appointment, I wanted to see how long the cooling would last. Fast forward to my experience with Magnolia. Guy showed up, identified where the probable leak was and fixed it. So far it's working great.

Description of Work: Preventive maintenance on A/C unit. Unplugged main condensation line. Replaced pitted magnetic relay. Servicing the A/C and unplugging the condensation line took longer than expected but service technician kept to Angie's discounted price. The relay was $285 and it was replaced within 15 minutes. Service was very good. Regular service calls are a lot more expensive then the company I used for over 10 years in Temple City, CA. First time I used this company since I moved here. I trust them and in the future I will use them as my primary service company for A/C and Heating.
