Description of Work: On time! Flushed my hot water heater and did an inspection. The technician was professional, explaining things and letting me know the condition of my water heater. Friendly, helpful, answered all my questions. I would not hesitate to use this company again!!

Description of Work: Initially they came for a discounted cleaning/service of my 12 year old air conditioner system. However, during cleaning and inspection, they found a couple of issues. One that I had them install a new surge suppressor to prolong the life of the compressor motor. The second was to recommend planning on replacing the system as corrosion was eating away at the heat exchanger coils outside (technician provided pictures to show the extent of the damage). The technician wasn't sure when the system would ultimately fail because of the corrosion but it will eventually. Service was professional and courteous and I will definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: I had a good experience with this company. The service man flushed the water heater and since he was there, completed an air conditioner tune up for a discounted price. He was very helpful and informative. My only (slight) complaint was that he was a tad pushy in trying to get me to purchase a new water heater, at a price tag of $4,000. I don't mind being given information on available products and/or sales or financing options. But when it's brought up 3-4 times, it starts putting people off. Otherwise, the service was great.

Description of Work: I purchased the HVAC tune up on Angie's List, and pre-paid the $49 with PayPal. Had a call with Magnolia H&Cooing, and the Technician arrived on time. He troubleshot the HVAC as having insufficient Freon. He offered to locate freon leak for and additional $248.00 charge. I ok'd the additional work, and the leak was located in less than 20 minutes. He gave me an estimate for fixing the leak and charging the system with freon at $ 1,400.00. I declined the work to fix and charge the HVAC, and went with another company. Bottom line is that Magnolia Heating and Cooling did not acknowledge the $49 PayPal payment in their invoice so I would like to have it reimbursed.

He made recommendations regarding replacing my condenser fan motor and provided me with an estimate and wasn't pushy. He explained everything he did in detail. I was very pleased with the service.
