The phone response was friendly and prompt. Greg arranged for James to come that later that same day. James arrived in the time frame that Greg said. James checked the faucets and water pressure problems we were having and corrected each one on the spot. He noticed our rusty water was coming from our aging hot water heater and recommended replacement. We decided to have the hot water heater replaced and I called Greg. He arranged to have James bring out a new one and install it. James came out on Friday December 21, 2012, at the arranged time. He removed the old water heater, installed the new one, and brought all the strapping and piping up to current code. We were impressed by Greg and James and the professionalism and personal attention they provided. We will call ER Plumbing first the next time we have a problem, or need work done. We highly recommend them and especially James who did the work with a positive, friendly attitude.

They did a great job, were reasonably priced, and were here fast.

We had water that backed up in the shower and was flooding the bathroom. Everytime a faucet was turned on in the house it caused more flooding. ER Block Plumbing responded to our problem within two hours of us calling them. The gentleman who came to our house was professional and persistent in finding and solving our drainage problem. The price charged was very reasonable. We would use them again.

I bought a house in Riverside last month, and needed to have the toilets replaced with low flow models. I could not get any recommendations from friends, so I looked on Angies List. I found E.R. Block on Angies List and called, based on the many positive reviews. Greg was very helpful on the phone and gave me some good suggestions. In the meantime, I found that the water had been turned off due to a leak at the place it comes into the house - I called E.R. Block on a Saturday morning and someone came out almost immediately. Shann fixed the problem quickly and designed a much better, safer solution than what was there previously, and they charged me a very fair price - especially considering it was Saturday! So I was already happy with them when I called to schedule the toilet installation. Shann came back to install the toilets, and he did a great job - leaving no mess whatsoever. He also fixed a minor problem with my sinks and didn't charge for it. I think I found my new plumber, and I am going to recommend E.R. Block to anyone who needs one!

I?ve called a few time for different issues and have always received a quick response, this was no exception. Once it was determined to be a leak off of the main they were able to schedule me in the next day for repair. The technician came on time, was friendly, clean, knowledgeable, and fast. At different stages in the repair he had me come and take a look which I appreciated. I would have rather not had that issue but I?m definitely glad that I called ER Block Plumbing. I?ll be using them again.

Found water heater leaking on Sunday morning. I shut down the water and gas and drained the tank. Called H.R. Block at 7:00 AM Monday asking for service. A plumber was at the house with a new water heater at 10:30. Job was completed by 12:00. Old heater was removed, all changes in plumbing were completed quickly. I am very happy with the service provided.

James arrived as scheduled. He went right to work on items and showed me the damage before he started work. He worked quietly and efficiently. We tested repairs before he presented the bill. I would use this company again without hesitation.

We called Saturday morning and received a call back from the plumber in the field within 5 minutes making the actual appointment. He told us what was ahead of us and set a tentative appointment for 2:00. At 12:00 he called and said that his first job of the day took much longer than he anticipated and would we mind if he came a bit later. Of course, we said that was fine. We appreciated the call when many other plumbers would have just arrived late with no communication. We asked whether he had a garbage disposal on his truck and he said he did not but gave us advice on what to purchase at Home Depot before his arrival. He fixed all three issues and one we did not know about in under and hour was courteous and professional. I highly recommend them and will use them again. We have had nightmare experiences with plumbers over the years and we will be very loyal to ER Block Plumbing.

I was amazed. He was wonderful. He explained everything and cleaned up very well. The price was great.

I was very satisfied with the promptness of the service and the work prerformed. The employee was was both curtiousand very professional.

Went very well He called first and gave a time estimate on when he would be there, 30 minutes. When he showed up he was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Gave me an estimate. He had it dug up and exposed with in the hour. Had to run and get parts, was back in 90 minutes with taking a lunch. The longest time was the glue hardening. It had to set for 45 minutes. Was a very good experience and would highly recommend the service.

We had a big party planned for Saturday and had 2 of the 3 toilets decide that would be the time to break. One had a leak and soaked the floor, the other kept running. They responded immediately and fixxed the 2 and checked our 3rd to make sure we wouldn't have problems. It was also running so he fixed it. This is the 2nd time I have used them and they are now permanently in my address book.

Just purchased a home with a septic system. The tubs started backing up so my first thought was septic trouble. Had a septic pump service come on site to pump my tank and check that portion of the system for problems. Septic was pumped and all was well but while doing so, noticed water continually draining in to septic. First thought was a leaking toilet flush valve. All were checked and found good. I then realized it had to be a clogged sewer line slowly draining in to septic. I put a call in to E.R. Block plumbing for help and received a call from the technician Shann within minutes. 15 minutes later he was at my front door. The clog was removed in less the a half an hour and Shann was on his way. Thank you very much E.R. Block Plumbing. Shann also found that my main cleanout is a bridged T-pipe which often leads to clogs. Shann left me with an estimate to replace the bridged T-pipe with an unbridged T-pipe at a discount in the amount of today's service.

The person I've been in contact with was Chris K. He was very responsive. The first time they came out they were unsuccessful. He then tried to to replace a defective part under the sink, but unfortunately it was either installed improperly or was defective. It began to leak. The second time they came to do the follow up work to fix the issues and they were wonderful. The technician was James Kennedy and he also did a great job. I certainly appreciated the company standing behind their work the way that they did.

I called their offices at 7:00 am and told the woman in the office that the main sewage line was backed up and asked her how much the service would cost. She quoted me $130.00 and asked me where I had heard about their company. I told her "Angie's List" and then she replied that I would receive a 10% discount and that a plumber would be calling and notifying me when he was on his way out. I received a call approximately an hour later from James, he said he was on his way. He arrived at my residence and cleared the sewage line. He answered questions and explained that the problem was most likely tree roots in the pipe.

Call the office with two problems, replace the entire shower unit and fix the drain clog of the bath tub. Got the quote, the plumber showed up on time. He started the job, but didn't have all the necessary tools. My husband had to go to our car to get our tool for him. I asked him how come he doesn't have the tools, he said that he had it but he had to go to his truck(which is parked outside the house) to get it. Half of the time he was either talking on the phone or outside smoking. Then he tried to run a snake to clear the drain, but didn't work. After more than 2 hours, he finished replacing the shower. I asked him, what do we do with the drain. He said he doesn't have time because he has another service call he needs to go to. Because the drain is not working at all, we also found out there is a leak from the pipe underneath the tub. He said he doesn't have time and parts to fix that either. Then he asked for payment and left. After he left, he called me and said he forgot to seal the shower switch, so water will leak into the wall, he told my husband to seal it with silicon. The week after I called the office to get the quote and schedule an appointment to fix the drain and the leak. The office people said they will work on the quote and get back to me. But never did. I had to call another company to come out and fixed the drain and leak for me. I called this company based on the reviews on Angie's list, but was really disappointed.

ER Block was able to send someone out that same morning that I called. They were there on time and were able to address the blockage within 30 minutes. Very responsive!

The plumber James arrived a little later than the scheduled time, but he called to advise me of the delay. There was excellent communication with the plumber throughout our encounter. Once he arrived he went right to work and went through my laundry list of items in a quick, but diligent manner. Everything was completed within 5 hours, the faucet gave him the most trouble. The faucet was a touch faucet and didn't seem to like to be touched. It would work once and then nothing but disconnecting the power would get it to work, even manually. Chris from ER Plumbing ordered a new part and delivered it within a couple of weeks. The faucet is now working. I would highly recommend ER Plumbing. They were professional and very knowledgeable.

We were very happy with the service we received. The plumber was prompt, courteous, fixed the problems to our satisfaction, and charged a reasonable fee. We will definitely use ER Block Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

In the last 2 months I have used the ER Plumbing services twice. The first time was on a leaking bathtub drain in a rental house. They did such a great job I called them again to replace the main water shut off valve on my own house. Both of these jobs reqired plumbing skills beyond simply cleaning a clogged drain. ER Plumbing performed flawlessly. I will use them again and will recommed them to friends and family.

Everything went very well. This is the first time using this company. I called asking for help with the bathtub faucet. The person I spoke with was very courteous and helpful. Response time was good, especially for same day service. I didn't remember about the problem I was having with the toilet until the technician finished with the faucet. I asked him if he had time to look at the toilet. I explained to him what it was doing and in a few minutes time and a new part (the part that was in the tank was the wrong kind for the size of the tank) It was fixed. The technician was very courteous and professional. I will be using this company in the future.
