When I contacted them they recommended another brand that they felt was equally efficient than our old model. We made the appointment and a representative was sent out to evaluate the installation and provide a quote. The quote seemed fair and we proceeded with the installation. They showed up promptly when they said they would and the installation seemed to go smoothly. As it wasn't hot yet the new unit was not tested at this time. When the weather turned hot we turned on the cooler for the first time and noticed a leak at the overflow pipe. I called them and they immediately sent someone out to address the problem. When the rep. finished he said the leak was repaired. It lasted just a few days and started leaking again. I called and again they sent a rep out to fix the leak. After a few days it leaked again. This time I went to the hardware store and bought a replacement part and fixed it myself. It hasn't leaked since.
Description of Work: We wanted to replace a 10 year old Mastercool Evap Cooler that was located on our roof with a newer more efficient model.
