Great! I texted them on Sunday not expecting a response but they called me right away and scheduled the repair for the next day. Showed up right as promised and completed the repair in a professional manner.

After lining up three plumbing contractors to install a kitchen faucet, a garbage disposal and fix a drainage leak, I selected Superior Plumbing to do the job because their technician seemed to have the necessary professionalism for a good job and they were also the least expensive of the three contractors I contacted. My service tech Armin was on time, cheerful, courteous and knowledgeable. It was obvious that he cared for my particular needs and he even announced that he loves his job and always looks forward to doing things right. He took almost exactly the time that was originally quoted and did an excellent job, cleaning up thoroughly before leaving. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. Thanks Armin.

I had a leak under the house that was a very slow drip. David came out and was so patient and thorough in finding the leak. Once he found it, he replaced the pipe that was cracked. He was very friendly and explained what he found to me as well as showed me pictures. I highly recommend Superior Plumbing.

Called superior plumbing before years ago and they did a great job. Today I called for a residential property, and Armin came at the agreed hour. He was polite, friendly, and hard-working. He also made sure to take of covid precautions and kept the work place clean during and after service. The rate was fair.

Armin and Andres did an outstanding job. They managed to open a stuck brass clean-out cap by cutting it and removing the pieces, then replacing it with a new plastic one. They snaked and opened the plugged drain after having to cut back a bush. They found a suspected offset in the line and recommended a visual inspection. They managed to do all this in a very short time. I would gladly recommend them to anyone anytime.

It went well, there were two employees who figured out a way to get it done. I consulted with two other companies and they wanted to replace the entire sink and repipe. Superior figured out a way to get it done without having to do construction or replace the sink for now.

Horrible. They showed up on a Friday after calling on a Thursday and said they would need to come back Monday to actually test the gas line and quoted $650.00. We negotiated a $250.00 price with them which was still higher than the average cost. They couldn't find the leak. We called PG&E who told us the leak was 6' in. We called them back to repair the line after we had excavated the line. They took forever then quoted us an OUTRAGEOUS $8,500.00 and then REFUSED TO DO THE WORK! Totally unbelievable. These guys wasted weeks of our time, took our money and didn't want to do the job! They don't deserve to be in business. Please do not patronize them.

Hired to fix a leak in a pipe on my exterior irrigation pipe. He assessed there was an unnecessary pressure regulator causing the leak and troubleshooted if I was in need of two or if they were on different lines. He biohazard it and fixed the pipe. Ow the system works great and I have more pressure in my system as well. Great work, thanks!

There customer service is inconsistent. I called them to clear sewer line blockage. Though it seemed it cleared, it had not cleared so I called them back the next day. They refused to come back because they said they could not guarantee due to roots. It was the next day I called!! I had to argue to get the owner approval. There were other rude behaviors and inconsistencies in the way that they business that made my second interaction with them very unpleasant and I will not be going back to them again.

From the time I called, to when the technician came and work done, was only few hours. I am impressed. I called Sunday morning, Victoria answered my phone promptly. I told her I had similar work done in 2015, she was able to find the record for reference (wow). She called soon after to let me know she scheduled Adrian to come out. No extra charge for Sunday. Adrian impressed me with his professionalism - hand shake on first introduction, cordial demeanor, put on bootie when coming inside the house without asking, and explained what he was doing. He trouble shoot, examined different areas and then used the snake through a pipe opening that was on the outside of the house to clear the clog. After the blockages were cleared, he checked the kitchen sink, laundry sink and overflow vent to make sure water is flowing through. I saw how he trouble shoot, doesn't quickly gloss over as job done when the blockage was cleared. He made sure everything was in proper working order. I would re-hire him. All work is guaranteed for 30 days.

It was wonderful! I called at 7am and they had someone at my house by 11am!! Adrian was very professional and explained everything that it had to be done before even starting! This is my second time using them and would definitely used them again for any plumbing need!!

I took advantage of a service coupon. My call for service was returned the same day. I called the following day and a plumber was available that afternoon and I was able to take advantage of their senior discount. He was on time and professional. Turned out to be the garbage disposal. I had already purchased one (figured I could take it back if not needed). Work was completed quickly and efficiently. I would use their service again.
