They were very helpful, and they went the extra mile to solve the issue.

It went great. They came as soon as they could, took apart the dishwasher, found that broken glass had destroyed the motor and counseled us to replace the motor (not cheap!) rather than replacing the whole dishwasher. It would not have been much more to replace it but our technician was counseled us against that as the new version of our current model is inferior. We appreciated that. They replaced the motor and it's been great ever since.

Checked dishwasher and determined that the motor needed to be replaced and he thought the cost ($300) was not worth it and I agreed.

Overall, the experience was excellent. I had called another company prior to calling this one, and they wanted to charge me over $90 for a service call. When I called this company, the technician told me how to repair the drawer over the phone. He was very friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. What he told me to do worked!

I will never use them again. They made a serious mistake and told my tenants that the building might burn down because the wiring had been done improperly. It was completely inaccurate, they said the entire kitchen was on one circuit. I had to pay an electrician to come and show my tenants that what they said was inaccurate. The electrician walked them through the whole kitchen and turn off the breaker on each thing so they can see that everything was on a different breaker. I will never use them again.

They were recommended to me by an appliance company. The lady who had made the appointment for me was a little abrupt. They had come out when they said they would, but not as early as I would’ve liked. They fixed everything and knew exactly what to do. They also cleaned up after themselves. It’s been a year since they fixed everything, and everything is still working. They were fine.

Quite expensive but they are great!!! But it is a SUB ZERO so I have to compensate.
