It went extremely well! Brian is very polite and knowledgeable. Although I did have to call for the estimate that was supposed to be given the day before, he was very prompt in repairing the machine. My husband picked up the repaired machine for me and was very pleased with the level of service he received.

Vacuum roller brush stopped spining.
Took it in on Saturday and was told I would receive an estimate on Monday.
On Tuesday morning received a call that $75 in repairs were needed including a belt and filter.
Gave the OK to do the work and early Tuesday afternoon was told the machine was ready and I picked it up that afternoon.
Since then it has worked very well and I'm very pleased with its performance which is better than before the problem occurred.

He worked a miracle on my hair dryer. The cord retract button and the 'cool shot' button were both broken. He fixed it and I'm picking it up today. My vacuum cleaner [Filter Queen] was overhauled about 6 months ago and has been working perfectly....almost like new and it's 25 years old. Brent is a very talented person.

My only complaint would be a lack of communication on their part. It was originally thought the job would take a little over a week but they ended up keeping it for almost a month. I had no problem with this, but would have appreciated more contact from them. I believe they called me once with an update; the rest of the time I had to call them, but this is a minor complaint as I felt they were doing a good job and trying to figure out the problem.
Overall I am quite happy with the service and would not hesitate to recommend them. Even though there was extra work needed and an extra part, they still charged me the original agreed-upon price.

I really liked them. The person who worked on it, his name was Brent Potts. He was very attentive and he went out of his way to call around and find me some parts, an expensive part to replace in my machine. He called me daily and kept me up to date on the status of my machine. He was great. I really liked him. He was very friendly and he got my machine back to me as quickly as possible. He had a turn around time of five days. However, he had to get the parts from a different city. Moreover, I think he actually drove to a different city to get the parts. He did not have it shipped. I really appreciated that. He happened to live in that different city so said that he would pick it up on the way home. He went above and beyond. It didn't cost much and I know he wasn't charging me for travel. Quality was great. He took the machine out for me, it's very heavy. He took it out and loaded it into my car. He could not have been friendlier. He gave me some pointers on how my machine could run better. I would absolutely use his services again in the future.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED. THEY QUICKLY IDENTIFIED AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. THEY CHARGED WHAT I THOUGHT TO BE A REASONABLE PRICE.
