Steve checked my tankless water heater that was not working, spent 40 minutes or so with the manufacturer on the phone while taking it apart and determined the solenoid went out. I decided not to repair due to 15 year old model and $360 part without labor. Steve quoted the price for replacement tankless or a standard propane tank water heater. The next day he replaced the heater for the agreed upon price and installed a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. All prices seemed quite reasonable and the work was done quickly, neatly with no issues.

Steve is awesome! He was at our house within a hour and helped my husband fix a broken water pipe. His rates were extremely reasonable. We will call Steve back for all our plumbing needs, and would highly recommend him to everyone.
