Immediately called to set up an appointment to come check out the problem. Service technician was very professional and offered a number of solutions to fix (repair vs. Replacement) the issue.

Almost as soon as I hit the enter button, the company called to inquire about my problem. They came by the same day and looked at the cooling system. Unfortunately while they were here the problem itself did not occur. I definitely will call Sierra Valley Home for my next service call.
