The guys were very responsive from day one. He assessed, gave advice, and we came to terms a week or so after receiving the bid. There was no bias over one roofing system to another. Many roofers I met pushed a particular roof. Manuel heard my suggestions and went with it adding additional thought and expertise. What impressed me the most was the speed in which he got started. We met on a Friday, executed the contract, wrote out a couple of checks, and they were hard at work 24 hours later. He pulled permits the same day. I highly recommend the guy.
