We had a difficulty communicating with this company. Reaching them and returning calls was a problem. We were able to work out a difficulty with them. Their work was excellent. I think that we taught THEM something about payment after their work.

They contacted me quickly and responded to my home promptly. The workers were professional, knowledgeable and respectful. They did a great job and cleaned up their mess. They even contacted my neighbor and offered to dust off his truck due to some dust from the cutting of the trees. HLI & I were unable to contact the neighbor prior to the cutting of the trees to request he move his truck. The price was a little high, but the work was good. I will contact them again when the need arises.

The trees did not look as good as after previous trimmings and the wind blew out a lot of debris that afternoon with some dead branches remaining stuck high up. I had to ask for heavy pots to be returned to their spots. Adequate service, but not outstanding.

Not the cheapest around but you get what you pay for. Very professional. Trees look great.

Very reliable, they showed up on time; started the job early in the morning and with 2 hours they were done cutting down 5 pine tress in my back yard. I would definitely recommend them. Work was done efficiently

The service was fast, quick ahead of schedule and done basically to my specifications. They should have done a better job on the clean up in the backyard around pool, but I am generally satisfied. I will hire HLI again when palms (12-15) get out of order.

Responded very promptly to my inquiry and did the work the same morning I hired them. Reasonable rate and willing to negotiate. He suggested clearing some additional vegetation; completed that after doing the origional job. Cleaned up after finishing all work. Would recommend their company!
