Did a great job trimming my palm treesâ best theyâ ve been trimmed since we moved here 10 years agoâ and we trim them about every year and a half. Also removed a dying juniper tree and took out the stump. Very professional. Had all the right equipment and skills for the job. Carlos made sure we were happy with everything. Great cleanup too.

Fast response, took the tree down the same day and came back the next day for two tree stump removals. Great price.

The crew was friendly and professional. They did a very good job removing one tree and trimming others. The job was completed under five hours. The cleanup was fair, although a little too much dirt was left at the foot of the driveway and in the street. Also part of my fence had to be removed to fit a tractor into the back. The fence was put back up but not as well as It could have been. A metal support pole was damaged and not replaced so the fence is weaker and slightly misaligned including the gate.

The did an excellent job, with the trimming the trees and the cleanup of the branches Completed in under two hours. The reason I gave them a 4.5 is some of the employees dropped food in my driveway and left it there.

They did a great job. They did not top my trees; the trees look very natural.

Good value for the money. Would have given them 4.5 or even 5 stars but they broke one of our planters with a falling tree branch. Still worth the money though.

Very aggressive marketing.

Manager Showed up with out an appointment First red flag. . Missed scheduled arrival time and rescheduled for next day. That should have been three second red flag. Quoted price then tried to get another job for 3 x the original price. Not truthful not trustworthy. Work was ok. Workers great. Promised to send someone the following week for another job and they never showed up. I wouldn't recommend this management style to anyone

This company has some of the friendliest workers I've met out there. They did such a fine job with removing our tree that you would never know there EVER was a tree there! Although there was some confusion at the beginning, in the end, they really did do a fine job which we are very pleased with....:-)

Make sure they are upfront about the stump removal.

Very impressed by quality, knowledge, and service. They were very professional and left everything clean. I had 3 trees removed plus stump removed and 1 large tree trimmed. Very happy with their work.

1. They told us they would chip the tree stumps - they did not and my husband is blind and I am worried he'll hurt himself tripping over them (there are 4 big ones). 2. They charged us a total of $7,150 to cut down two pine trees in the back yard and an avocado tree. They cut down a tree in the front yard and cut up one that had fallen. 3. They said they would give us the avocados that were on the tree, but we didn't see the bag. Workers or owner must have taken it. 4. We have HUGE logs laying on top of our grapevine in the back yard, which smashed the grapevine trunks. 5. They were supposed to cut them up to use in the fireplace - they didn't. They left us huge logs that won't fit in our fireplace. 6. I called HLI tree "experts" yesterday to tell them all of this and they said they would be out today. I haven't seen them yet and it's 3:39pm. 7. They left without telling us, leaving our back yard gate open. Today we checked the yard and found they had moved our ladder and leaned it against our apple tree. We have tangerines missing and several plants worth a goodly sum of money. Our Tiki torch is missing it's fuel canister also.
