They were very professional and fast. Did everything they said they would do.

Leonard was prompt, on schedule and picked up my calls with one ring. The work crew was fast and efficient, even tho it was extremely windy. Very professional and right on schedule.

Called to have 2 trees removed and a crew came the next morning and finished the job in under an hour for a great price.

The work I needed was touch and go at first but Leo made everything right again.

These guys they send out are not tree experts & have chainsaw, will travel, should be their motto. They are polite and helpful but they cut too many good limbs off one tree so now we don't have much shade. I hope the limbs grow back but doubt it. I have to watch everything else they do, to make sure they don't break anything else (dropped limbs on patio furniture) and only cut what's necessary. I tried to call the boss or fast-talking salesman to complain that they are cutting out too much but the mailbox was full so I couldn't talk to him or leave a message. Wish I'd hired the first guy; I have a feeling he knew more about what he was doing. Next time I'll Google a certified arborist (the first one I called didn't return my call), who will cut out only what is needed to be pruned and will leave the good limbs (they said they were dead but they had green foliage on them so they weren't dead.

As soon as I submitted my request to home advisor, they called me and were there within the hour. I received a very fair price for the work done.

THEY REMOVED A BRANCH FROM MY ROOF AND TRIMMED A FEW TREES THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO CLEAN UP THE UYARD AND CUT UP FIREWOOD OUT OF THE BRANCHES... THEY CHARGED ME 1500 DOLLARS AND MADE ME PAY CASH... I RAN TO THE BANK AND WHEN I GOT BACK THEY WORE WORKING ON MY NEIGHBORS BRANCHES , NOT MINE, AND THEY CHARGED MY NEIGHBOR ONLY $50... THEY LEFT MY YARD A MESS AND DID NOT CLEAN UP! AND EVEN THREW THE TRASH FROM THEIR LUNCH IN MY YARD!!.. THEY DID NOT CUT THE WOOD INTO FIREWOOD AS PROMISED... BUT MOSTLY I'M MAD THAT THEY CHARGED ME 1450. DOLLARS MORE THAN MY NEIGHBOR!! AND THEY DIDN'T DO EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO!! I FEEL RIPPED OFF!!!

They were fast and efficient with a team sufficient to accomplish the task in a reasonable time frame. They cleaned up and carted everything away!

There was a small problem with connecting to meet but it was resolved quickly with apologies...

Originally scheduled for 8 AM on Friday but was contacted indicating it would be started 4 hours later. It was, and the job was completed to my satisfaction that day

They did a good job, and were quick and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and took all their trash. (Including all the avocados that fell)

Did not keep his word. Told me they would remove and grind out stump same day then came back the next day later than promised. Do what you say and say what you mean.
