Team was here early, which I loved. The foreman, Martin, listened and understood what I wanted. He had sample cuttings done on all eight trees to make sure of the height before continuing. They were quick, with little down time. Everyone was polite and professional. Very nice experience. Most important, the trees all look great.

They did a great job. Only one problem - they broke a weed eater and a large piece of plywood that was used to protect the propane tank from falling branches. When they put the plywood back on my porch they threw it on top of a weed eater and broke it. Large piece of plywood was broken from large branches falling on it. We took picture and sent these to Leonard Aguilar who managed the job. He said give him the amount to replace the items, which we did. He said he would send a check to replace broken items. We haven't received the check yet - but expect it soon. Would definitely rehire this company.
