The Franklin Plumbing Co

We used Franklin Plumbing to fix a toilet when we had a flood and install new toilets in our home. The toilets and the work were fine, but the nightmare started with the billing process. He had said that the initial visit would be gratis if we used him to install the toilets, so we thought it was a bargain. However, he stated that he actually did bill us for that initial service (a bill we NEVER received). He did not leave us a bill when he installed the toilets. He continued to harass us for 2 weeks, and then stated that he would put a lein on our house (after only 2 WEEKS when we thought we were negoitating that first bill). When we told him that the check had been mailed, and lost in the mail, he called me a liar. We decided to give him our CC # to pay, and he billed us over $100 over the bill (WHICH was unauthorized!) as a random late fee. Then, he threatened to return the entire amount we paid him just so he COULD put a lien on our house and take us to court. He called my husband horrible names as well. Please be wary if you use this company because you too may be caught up in a billing nightmare!
