Very well done. Staff were very friendly, and by far the best price. It's a small mom and pop owned company. Owner came out personally to oversee and provide finishing touches. Everything was done above board, permit and inspection by the city were done. Price was right on the estimate (except for damaged sections, which they couldn't know beforehand, but was very reasonable.) The owner really knows his stuff about roofs, and the entire process was very easy. It is good to know that with their business model to keep the prices low, they need full payment within a couple of days, so you need your money lined up ahead of time. I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs re-roofing.

Dynasty Roofing, Inc. was recommended to us by our local real estate agent that we have known for a few years. We obtained an estimate from them first, and then three additional estimates from other roofing companies.

The decision to go with the Dynasty Roofing turned out to be an easy one for us. They gave us the best first impression in terms of their integrity, professionalism, punctuality, their knowledge of what our project entailed, and the detailed information they provided us as to what set them apart from other roofing companies. For one thing, their marketing package included a 20 or so pages long listing of hundreds of the roofing projects that they had done in the area, including property addresses, the specific roofing material, and the color of the shingles for each project. Later on, that made it easy for us to drive around in our own neighborhood, look at some of those projects and decide on the type and color of the shingles that we wanted for our own roof.
Since ours was going to be a big and relatively expensive project, it took us about a month to obtain and review the estimates and make a decision on the roofing company and the roofing material. During this period, I would say I contacted the Dynasty Roofing about 10 times, both via emails and by phone. They responded to all of my inquiries and concerns professionally and in a timely manner. They also ended up offering us the best pricing of the four.
After signing the contract, they scheduled our project for the following week. They showed up on time and worked for 5 full days with a crew size ranging from 3 to 6 or more depending on what they were doing. In addition, one of the owners of the company provided regular inspection and supervision, and also worked along with the rest of the crew as needed.
Since I work from home I was around the entire time and had lots of opportunities to observe and interact with their crew. Every member of the crew was professional, pleasant, and courteous. They worked efficiently and most importantly very effectively as a team. They also removed all the debris, picked up all the nails, and used a blower to clean after themselves at the end of each day.

This was our first and only roofing project so I can't compare it with any previous experience. But in itself, it was much easier than what I had anticipated. The credit I believe should go entirely to Dynasty Roofing Company, to their office staff, Lupe, their great crew, and their hands-on owners Jessie and David. Thank you to all of you. Our new roof looks great and we can't wait for the next big rain.

Dynasty is extremely unprofessional. Never returns phone calls and make empty promises and does not stick to it. I would not trust their workmanship and recommend other Angie's list members to not use them either.

They did a great job, have a friendly staff and I would recommend them.

there were a couple of mistakes but they came back and fixed them right away. So far it looks great. We'll know better after it rains.

As stated above, part two will be coming in the next couple of weeks and we'll see how they did from end-to-end. For now, they get high marks for their commitment to really make sure the customer understands their options and the pros and cons of using various materials and approaches to their roofing project.

It was excellent. They are very professional and punctual. They came when they said. They did an excellent job on the roof. They were responsive when I had them come back.

Couldn't have been better. Worked long hours to cut down on days of disruption, yet cleaned up well at the end of each day.

This company was very professional from quote to start and completion of work. The entire crew was very organized, showing up promptly at the appointed hour each day and worked a full 8-9 hour day, each day, stopping minimally for breaks and lunch. I did not see a wasted minute on the job and they completed the job ahead of schedule. They cleaned up each evening before leaving so I had no debris ever to contend with. Their equipment and trucks were clean; the workers even started each day looking clean and professional. Each member of this organization whom I have met was polite and very professional. This company came highly rated by many of my neighbors and I can absolutely agree. I would not hesitate to use them again, and gladly give them my highest reference. Before contracting with Dynasty I had several other local roofing companies quote the job. Pricewise Dynasty was in the middle of 4 estimates. However, punctuality, attention to detail, references, and professionalism were more important to me than price. Dynasty is an excellent roofing company.
