I don't know what I would have done without his expertise and quick resolution of the sewer tree root problem. I certainly can highly recommend you to all homeowners, family and friends. J. Cruz has outstanding customer service skills and provided to me a cost that was well within my limited budget.

After spending hours sweeping water out of our basement during a heavy rainfall last winter, we decided to have a sump pump installed. Our research turned up a few promising professionals to do the work, J. Cruz included. We are so pleased we decided to go with J. Cruz and Precise Plumbing. We highly recommend him if you are considering sump pump installation or any other plumbing service. During the initial consultation, J. took the time to describe his proposal for the work in great detail and provided an exact figure for the cost on the spot. Others we called out to look at the basement breezed through and sent proposals days later (if at all). Their estimates were by far more expensive. The job was done in very short amount of time and J. was able to schedule us within a week of our initial consultation. J. walked us through the work as it progressed, giving us honest feedback about what he thought should be done. At no point did we feel pressured to pay for extra services or surprise repairs. In fact, we asked J. to repair a crack in the cement near our water heater where water had seeped in the previous winter and to install a pan around it for protection against any overflow. J. included these services (which involved draining and remounting our water heater) at no additional cost: his initial estimate for the work was precisely the same as the amount we paid when the job was done. At all times J. and his crew were courteous and respectful. They were careful to clean up the workspace before leaving our home. Their work demonstrated a professional level of knowledge and an emphasis on safety. It was a genuine pleasure working with them and we will certainly recommend them to any of our friends in need of a plumber.

J Cruz is very professional. He followed up on my request, and was able to come and diagnose the problem, and explained everything to me clearly. My kitchen drain clogs almost every year. Due to space limitation, the only way to clean it is from the roof vent, which is not safe, and is costly. So I decided to put in a cleanout this time. It was not an easy job because the space under the kitchen sink is very small. J Cruz did an excellent job in putting in a cleanout that can be accessed from the outside wall. Once that's installed, he also unclogged the drain, which was much easier. He cleaned up everything after he finished the job. His price is reasonable. I highly recommend him for any plumbing job.

J came out on July 5th. He was here within 2 hours of my posting on Home Advisor. The job became much bigger than expected, not surprising, given the age of the house. It was clear he tried the simple option first. He was courteous, professional and well prepared. He dealt with the urgent problem and suggested some maintenance work that is clearly needed. I will hire him for that too. I like supporting an independent business.

J was very friendly and helpful. He kept me appraised of the situation as it unfolded. I would highly recommend him. :-)

We were totally pleased with J's work on some plumbing issues we had. He is a hard worker, focused, did the job in less time than we had thought, cleaned up after the job was done, excellent work ethics. Felt comfortable with him in our home. The team was young, slim, quick, eager and knowledgeable. We recently had replaced our furnace and all heating ducts beneath the house and were concerned the new ducts not be damaged during plumbing repair. The team listened and respected our concerns. I received a call from Mr. Cruz immediately on placing my request. He asked the right questions to determine the problem. I thought it was a simple clog. He determined that it was a sewer main blockage. The plumbers arrived within an hour and completed the work in less than an hour. They were really efficient, nice guys. They explained what they were doing as the work progressed and finished quickly. I think the charge for the service was reasonable also. Yay! The water now runs freely.

"J" has a love for his work, he is a dedicated and capable young man. He was challenged by my plumbing problem and met it, head-on, and solved it, very well. Way to go, J.

The owner, J Cruz, came out and did the work himself within 1 hour of my call. He is a true professional. He assessed Tthe situation by asking me some good questions before he came. He showed up prepared. He obviously diagnosed the problem correctly from the start, had the right tools, worked in a physically challenging space, and left my kitchen spotless when he had finished his work. All of this adds value when it comes to spending my hard earned money. Precision Plumbing earned every penny and then some.

I received a call from J Judge right away & he had help out within an hour. His plumbers were polite, efficient, & hard working. They explained clearly what they were doing & what the problem was. I was happy with the quick response & with the work..

He is very professional and polite and efficient, and the job was completed with in 1 1/2 hours. I would recommend him to anyone who has a plumbing issue or need to have work done for there home project.

J Cruz was the plumber hired. He was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Clean up was excellent. We had clogged kitchen drain at the dinner hour (Murphy's law @ work) but J took care of it pronto. I recommend him highly.

Excellent service

I received a call from Judge as soon as I put in here for a quote. He had someone out within 2 hours even though it wasn't an extreme emergency. The two men he sent were very courteous and professional. they got the job done quick and for the amount quoted. Not only that they snaked the main drain to the street for free. Judge called afterwards to make sure that the work was done well and clean up was done also. Def have his number in my contacts for future jobs.

I put in a request for a sump pump replacement to HomeAdvisor and received a call from Precise Plumbing within a few minutes. After talking with J from Precise Plumbing (and reading his reviews), I decided to have him come out and look at my sump pump to be replaced. He gave me an appointment time to come out the next day. He not only came at the exact time he specified, he called me to tell me he was on his way. He was friendly, professional, knowledgable and helpful. He built and cemented in a beautiful sump pit and replaced my old non-working sump pump with a new one. It worked perfectly in the last week through two rainstorms. I would definitely recommend Precise Plumbing and will use him for any of my plumbing needs in the future!

J did a fabulous job, he was professional, timely and a very hard worker. His price was very reasonable even after he had found additional problems. I will definitely use him for any future plumbing services and recommend him to anyone who asked.

The plumber Judge Cruz was prompt and polite as he responded to my emergency call he knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. He came prepared and didn't have to keep running back and forth to his vehicle, he was not on his cell phone like most technicians that you hire. He is a very intelligent and professional young man. I am a man who likes to fix things myself but when I cant, I like to be able to call for help and know the work will be done as if I had done it. J. J called within minutes of my request being submitted. He showed up within an hour and worked efficiently to clear all lines from house. We ended up with a corroded pipe that will need to be replaced at some time. Knowing we are in the planning stages of a remodel, he cut the pie, and fixed it saving us replacement and labor costs of a pipe that will eventually be removed in the remodel. Very efficient and friendly.
