After our heavy rains, emergency! Needed my sump pump replaced. Called & rec'd call back right away from J. Cruz. Set up time that day for him to replace sump pump. After some recent heavy rains, our home had water coming in our lower level hallway under a foundation wall. J responded almost immediately to my query on Home Advisor. We determined where sumps with pumps were needed and he and his crew somehow worked it into their schedule to dig two 8' deep sumps in an amazingly short period of time. J installed quiet pumps, extended electrical to them and hooked them into our existing landscape drain system. He and his crew are hard working, neat and personable. And, J is right there doing much of the work. He doesn't disappear after the contract is signed. I highly recommend Precise Plumbing and will certainly call them in the future.

The owner has followed up with me a couple of times to check on the drain his employee cleared. His employee, Devine did an outstanding job clearing our outdoor drain. He let me know that if he wasn't able to clear the drain, there would be no charge, however he did clear the drain and it was well worth the charge. I would 100% endorse this company and would look no further for another plumbing company for your project. I'm a stickler on customer service and by far, this company exceeded my expectations.

They replied immediately. They came with a crew and fixed my problem very efficiently and quickly. They were polite and friendly and the cost was very reasonable. They tested everything to make sure the problem was fixed. I would definitely hire them again as well as recommend them to others.

This is the second time that I have hired Jay, and again, he did the job efficiently and quickly. He cleared my sewer main in less than 5 minutes, then I had him run a camera down the pipe to see what was up in my new home. We found roots growing through every joint in my sewer pipe all the way to the street. My line is clear, and now I know what I have to plan for in the future. J. Cruz of Precise Plumbing is what a plumber should be!!!!! He cleared a badly clogged sewer line for me (our friend Mr. tree roots). He arrived when promised, was very experienced in his trade, respected my home as if it were his own and completed the job meticulously. Came out on an emergency call on a Saturday nite and pricing was more than reasonable for the job he did. Plan on having him remodel my other bathroom. He is truly a guardian angel with a snake!!!!!!!

Jay was hired by us to clear a slow draining/clogged up toilet in our bathroom. I found him through Home Advisor and he responded to my inquiry fairly quickly. We set up an appointment for the afternoon initially but he was held up on an emergency appt so we rescheduled for the following day. He did come around the time he specified and did an outstanding job troubleshooting and fixing up the problem! My wife said he was very friendly and knowledgeable and we will surely use him again for our plumbing needs!
