Jay at Precise Plumbing is a very personable and knowledgeable individual. He explained every step of my sump pump install to me and demonstrated that is working before leaving. Jay and his helper were also very tidy and cleaned up after themselves. I have already hired them again for other work I need done. VERY PLEASED!!! Melanie M

J. Cruz worked very hard for my business and the end result was complete satisfaction.

I had to have a sump pump installed immediately. Jay and his team were quick to come out and evaluate my problem. They were very fair in pricing. My situation ended up being "worst case scenario" but they were back out to install an interio French drain in my tenants laundry room, where the pump was installed. It was a huge job but they fit my job into their schedule. I am very pleased with the work that they performed. I would definitely hire them for as many issues as I might come across. I am very happy with their work and prices. They are very courteous and professional. Thank you so much!

Jay responded promptly to replace my non-working sump pump. After a year of much trouble with 3 pumps, Jay replaced it with a different type, which is still working and I am feeling more confident that it will continue working. He was very personable and completed the work quickly.

If I could give J. Cruz 7 stars I would! We had a complicated secondary pipe blockage that defied all reason. Jay and his crew were exceptionally professional and very diligent. I wish all contractors had his work ethic and determination. I will gladly recommend Jay to all my friends. It's hard to find a good responsible contractor that arrives on time and doesn't give up until the job is done.

I can't say enough about Jay and his crew. I can tell you right now, Jay knows his stuff, and was one of the most professional contractors I've ever dealt with. He put my mind at ease, walked me through the the process, answered countless annoying texts about the project and the most important part, completed a job that prevented hundreds of gallons of water from entering the lower part of my house. I'm not sure what I did to be so lucky to have Jay even available to do the job, but he was, and did a fantastic job. This was a sloped crawl space where the surface was already mucky clay and they slopped around in that and got the exact plan done Jay had laid out. This was before that last barrage of rain, and it held up and the area has even started to dry out since the water is being directed right at the pump. Can't thank them enough.

It was a pleasant surprise to have someone with a desire to be customer oriented. These gentlemen came in fixed the problem and charged me less than the original estimate. Not only were they professional, they were simply nice. This is the only plumbing service I will recommend and already have.

Very professional & did quality work. It was late at night and they came anyway to crawl underneath my crawl space for drainage fixing under wet and cold conditions the first time and came back the 2nd time to strap in my pipe for free.

These guys were GREAT! They quoted a price and even though turned out to be more difficult than thought, they stuck to their quote. Hard to find this kind if service.

Knowledgeable. Did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it for the price he said he would do it for. Value in plumbing is always a hard thing for me... if his repair holds up for a good amount of time, I would change this from 4.5 to 5 stars. We will see. I highly recommend j. Cruz.

J Cruz (the owner) and Ryan his assistant were able to come to my house on the same day I called to replace a malfunctioning sump pump under my house. This was during a brutal storm and they showed up at 7PM after putting in a long day at other customers. They did an great job of getting my old pump out of the house and putting in a more reliable pump. They also came by the next day to make sure everything was working properly.

We called Jay about slow drains. He was knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend or use again.

Even after a very long day J and his trainee made it to my home to install a sump pump. J was very knowledgeable , had the replacement sump pump on his truck and completed the job very quickly.

We had standing water under our house when our sump pump quit working. When Jay heard what the situation was he came right out to assess the problem. Knowing that a big storm was going to move in the next day he started working on a solution immediately. He did a fantastic job getting a new pump installed and the work was impeccable. He came back after the storm to finish up and left the space very clean and in much better condition than he found it. He was extremely professional and I would absolutely hire him again. I definitely recommend him.

This is the second time I've had J out to my house. Both times were for fairly straightforward issues but I would not hesitate to call him for a complex/major problem. He knows his stuff, and as someone else said, he's fast, courteous and thorough and prices are reasonable.
