Precise Plumbing

I like how intelligently the two plumbers addressed the blockage when they arrived. They traced the problem down to one run of pipes and then ran their snake. The blockage turned out to be a medium sized root ball and now everything is draining well. Good confirmation and follow through by the owner. Courteous and professional service people who arrived at the house, and the project was well priced. I would definitely hire them again if such a problem arises again.

This is the second time I used this company. A different technician came out this time, but I was totally satisified with his work and professionalism. He was very polite and kept me in the loop of what he saw and what he needed to do. I will hire them again and totaly recommend them to others in this area.

Saturday got a call from my tenant that kitchen sink clogged. Contacted precise plumbing right away and they were out same afternoon.

There had been many clogs and backups. I contacted Home Advisors and called Precise Plumbing. Jay was very courteous and professional offering several solutions to solve the problem after using the camera to locate the problem. The recommendation was to install a sump pump. His team worked in adverse weather to complete the job prior to Thanksgiving. His diligence was greatly appreciated!

Quick response to my inquiry. Resolved issue with no cold water in 2nd bathroom with replacing the valve. Price seemed a bit high to me (I'm always surprised by plumbing bills!) but overall, it got the job done and my tenant was happy to be able to use the shower/tub again. There's a service fee which they applied to the repair. I'd use them again!
