Once info was placed into app I received 3 calls with 3 minutes. Decided to use First Class water heaters, Inc. They gave me the earliest window, which was important because I to shut off the water main to stop the water heater leak. I opened a claim thru my home warranty folks and it just so happened they sent the contract to First Class Heaters, Inc. As well. I received a call from their office stating my home warranty people gave them the contract. It all ended up working out better than I could have hoped. FRANCISCO arrived 30 mins into my window. He came fixed the problem, examined to me what happened and gave me a lot of info regarding the water heater and gas line in my home. He was polite, friendly, efficient, cleaned up the water best he could, and checked to make sure everything else was tip top with the water heater. Overall, as a first time homeowner experiencing a emergency like this I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I was able to go on with my day due to the prompt service. The Home Advisor app and First Class Water Heaters, Inc. Came through for me in the clutch.

I would highly recommend this company. I contacted them and asked for a quote on replacing my water heater. We scheduled an appointment for a 9:00 to 11:00 window the next morning. Joe, the repairman, arrived promptly at 9:00 the next morning. He looked at my old water heater, and we discussed my options. He gave me at quote for the installation of the new water heater. His quote was the lowest one of the three I had collected. I asked when we could schedule a time to do it, and he said, "Right now if you want". I agreed. He then asked if I had any preferences on brand of water heater. I said I didn't. He explained the three brands they use and why they use them, and made a recommendation of the brand he felt would be best for my situation. He left to pick up the water heater from their supplier and an hour and a half later the new water heater was installed. Joe was kind, informative and professional. He took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. Thank you for your service and expertise.

My pilot light went out and they restarted the water heater and then educated me on when to tell if a water heater needs to be replaced. No heavy selling. Thoroughly professional.

They showed up over 2 hours late to their original stated time. They did good work and explored future options for us. I appreciated their over all response time to my needs.

The service technician was awesome. I went without hot water on my tankless water heater for 4 days. After four plumbing companies and plenty of dispatch fees. These guys walked in and within 20mins I had water. Thank you for dedication to delivering great service.

The installer was an expert. Excelled at knowledge of the product, very skilled and efficient in the installation, and the finished quality of the work was top notch. Based on my point of contact with the technician, I was very confident to start and highly satisfied at the completion. I give the installer 5 stars, 4.5 starts as I believe the price was competitive but near average market, and 4 stars for the ownership as we had a small quirk and the initial stance of the company was not as favorable. In the end, good company, great installer, and we got what we needed in a fast, 24 hour service.

Pd. $250 more than quoted for installation. Prior install was 12 yr. ago , cost more than quoted then also. Always expect that when buying appliances - low ball quotes will suck you in, end up paying market anyway..
