Jaimie was an excellent representation of the company. I could not be happier with the service. I only expected an onsite quote but they finished the job an hour later. This will be the last time I deal with Lowes Service Center. IMO they suck as far as call backs and scheduling an immediate need.

They arrived within 24 hours of our emergency situation. They spoke with us over the phone during our emergency to help ease our concerns. They were quick, efficient and answered all our questions. Extremely happy with this company.

Dave, and his crew are highly professional and responsive. My water heater went out at 5:00pm and he was here the following morning at 8:30 and completed the replacement in 50 minutes. His communication with the project left me with no questions since he kept me informed with everything. You can't go wrong with this contractor. I highly recommend them and their pricing is highly competitive.

Very prompt and professional service. Their technician came to our house very soon after we contacted them to inspect and assess the situation and were able to recommend several viable options for replacing our old water heater. We decided on a basic 50-gallon heater, which they were able to obtain and install the next day. The actual installation went very smoothly, so we were without hot water for less than 24 hours. We felt the price was very reasonable and was below what we were quoted elsewhere.

The reason for the suboptimal rating is a *lack of transparency*. They invoiced me $200 for pulling the city permit and confirmed that the work is completed. I never received a permit and my emails were not answered. Upon calling, I am told that they will check with their permit department if the permit was ever pulled. Also, they do not ensure inspection. You are responsible for the inspection by the city. Initially, I was told that the permit would be taken care of, and now a different story. Also, they refused to give me an itemized receipt (required for tax purposes). I am asked to check with the home warranty if they can send me itemized received for non-covered charges. Why will home warranty send me a receipt for the payment I made to First class water heater? In summary, not a trustworthy company to hire. I must admit that also the outcome was poor, but Monique (the lady who answered) was courteous and professional in the communication).

Thought the cost was high for actual time spent doing the job. After set up the appt. Got calls that cost was less. Told charge would be $100 to $250., ended up at $250.

Absolutely seamless from first call. Price seemed high to ME but I remember $0.19 gasoline. Actually not at all out of line for really great workmanship.

Work was excellent except forgot to put a screw back in place for the ignition assembly other wise was punctual, great at explaining what he was doing and a great price for replacing a thermocouple. Would recommend to anyone who needs work on there water heater.

Carlos is the â BESTâ ! He arrived on time on a Saturday. He was very knowledgeable about moving our tankless hot water heater. Wonderful personality, hard worker & clean up after himself. Yes!
