The project went very smoothly. They took the time to do it right and it was a very good install. They even came back after leaving to find a ladder on the same day to ensure a one day delivery. And, they arranged the pipes to ensure I had maximum closet space.

They were on time, efficient, answered all my questions and very very nice to deal with. From estimating to installation and the couple of times I dealt with the office, everything went smoothly and everyone was a pleasure to deal with!

The fellows were on time, did their work, cleaned up and left within 45 minutes!

His apprentice was sloppy and made many mistakes. Sweated connections were barely passable. The "goo" that they spray to shield other materials from flame actually ruins any follow-up patchwork for those materials, such as stucco. Why protect stucco from flame?! Same goo went onto sheetrock. I had to cut more material afterwards to remove the goo, unnecessarily enlarging the holes. Shape of pipes could easily have been shorter and more tidy. Certainly oblivious to aesthetics. But price was okay.

Not bad. They were a little late but got the job the same day. They job it's self appears to be working great.

Here on time, did a great job, I would have them come back for any other projects that needed to be completed at my home. Would also let my friends and family know of their services.

First Class Water Heaters did an excellent job installing or new water heater - they even took care in efficiently installing the pressure relief pipe so we had more room in our small closet. I highly recommend them!

Royal Services was the 4th company I called for a quote to install a tankless water heater. David from Royal Services showed up at the time scheduled. after inspecting the area where I wanted the heater installed he wrote the quote and said if I had any questions to give him a call. my wife and I had already researched different brands and types of tankless water heaters and we knew what we wanted. the quote was very reasonable and fit our budget so I call Royal Services to schedule the installation. David and Carl showed up on time and went right to work. I checked on them off and on during the installation and having a building maintenance background myself I could tell they knew what they were doing. when the installation was completed David ask me to turn on the hot water. I turned it on at the shower and all the sinks and the hot water flowed out and stayed hot until I turned it off. this told me it was a successful installation. when I went out to the area David and Carl were cleaning up the area and David was sweeping the floor. I said to him that's OK I'll take care of that and he said the debris wan't there when they showed up and he'll take of it. this told me that David and Carl take pride in their work and are true craftsmen and very professional. I chose Royal Services not only because the quote fit my budget but because from the first phone call to the call I made to schedule the job everybody at Royal Services that I talked to was very nice and very professional. I highly recommend Royal Services and will call the again for my next plumbing job. Larry B.
