Elmer responded immediately to my request, showed up on time for the inspection/estimate, and scheduled us very quickly for the job. Excellent customer service.

They were great!!! They removed a 40 ft. Stone pine ,cutting it down, haling it out , grinding it up & cleaning every thing up in approx. 2 &1/2 hours.

I highly recommend the Fernandez tree service and will use them now for all my tree work. We had several trees that needed trimming and one quite large liquid amber that needed to be removed. Elmer's crew arrived on time, completed all the trimming and ground the stumps of not only the tree they removed, but two others into sawdust. The place looks great. To remove the one tree they also had to disassemble a 4x4 border in front of it. They put all back together!! And...they also do masonry so that could be next.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Fernandez and the wonderful crew that came to do my job. I didn't bid this out, but the agreed upon cost was more than fair for all the work that was done. The work was to chip all the branches I'd cut from my nearly one acre of oaks, pines and bay trees below 6-8 feet, as a fire prevention effort. The crew came on time, worked hard, completed the entire job in an efficient and professional manner. Then they cleaned up better than I could have. Working with this company and the men involved was truly a pleasure. I'll certainly use them again.

After securing 4 bids to remove a mature dying deodora cedar I engaged Fernandez Tree service which was the lowest bidder. The workers showed up on schedule, removed the ~60 foot cedar next to the property line between our residence and the neighbor without damaging nearby plants and ground the stump. They left the site and enviorns so clean that one would not have known a tree had been there. Highly recommended!

A fantastic job by Fernandez Tree Service!! I had 3 old bamboo groves that needed removal, as they were runners and taking over. This was a really tough task and Elmer and his team did an amazing job, from start to finish. I will use them again, and recommend this company to everyone I know!! I put this out to 7 companies, of which two did not return my calls and two came out to review the scene and never got back to me, despite follow up calls. Of the 3 companies that responded, Fernandez Tree Service was the clear stand out. Elmer Fernandez contacted me within two hours of my Home Advisor query and set up a time to view the scene that Monday. He arrived at the promised time, was very knowledgeable, answering the numerous questions I had, and formulated a plan and estimated costs before he left the property. I had to follow up with the other two companies, both of which took nearly a week to respond with plans / cost estimates. Based on the superior customer service I received from Elmer and the competitive quote he provided, I engaged Fernandez Tree Service for this job. Elmer and his team of 6 came less than a week later and did an expert job of removing all the bamboo and runners, and even pulled out a large overgrown section of weeds close to the sidewalk as an added bonus. It took them a full day to complete the job and they left the site in amazing condition. I am ecstatic at the result and thank Elmer and his great team for doing such a fantastic job with this very tough task!!!

The crew had a huge job to do and managed not to hurt any of my existing garden plants while taking down several large trees without a lot of room to work. Received bids from 7 highly-rated firms, and Fernandez is the best for effective, efficient service, at a very good price. Fernandez removed 40 feet tall tree, three-foot diameter trunk, from back yard in 3 hours. Professional 5-man crew, chipper, and huge stump grinder. Other bids had concerns that were not a problem for Fernandez. Fernandez totally avoided damage to all structures, perfectly cleaned up my property and next door property. Save time, money, and feasibility concerns with tree removal. Trust Elmer Fernandez and crew to do a great job at a very good price.

Elmer Fernandez came when he said he would and his men did excellent work even in the rain. They removed a tree without hitting anything around it. The price was very good. They also cleaned up very well. I would hire him again.
