As a principal, I originate, pre-underwrite, structure, defend and fund the financing of office, retail, industrial and multifamily real estate assets. Many times this involves determining the estimated market value and financial viability of real estate properties through comparable sales data and analysis of property financial statements. It also encompasses analyzing zoning, land use codes, property characteristics, outstanding trust deed positions, and physical layouts of distressed real estate assets to identify acquisition opportunities for both individual and institutional investors, along with high net worth individuals.

Preston guided us through the painful, paper-ridden process with grace and professionalism. If you've gone through a refinance, you know how painful it can be. Preston helped us with all our questions, gave us pointers to prepare for our apppraisal, and let us know what was due and by when. Most importantly, he is a trustworthy professional. Preston did an excellent job of handling the refinance of our home loan for a second time. He helped us evaluate the value of our home to see if we'd be able to qualify for the loan amount needed prior to spending any money on appraisers. He also helped us track the going rates for loans to ensure we'd get the best deal. Navigating the paperwork was overwhelming, but Preston helped us throguh it all and got us the loan and rate we wanted. Hire him! Highly recommended!
