Glen Allan, the owner and sales rep for this company, could not have been more responsive when I first requested an estimate. The floors were installed on the date promised, but finishing took longer than originally promised. Just a few months after the floors were installed, the finish on several boards was bubbling up. I emailed and heard back from Mr. Allan almost immediately. He promised that his worker Oscar would be out right away to see what was going on. Days, then weeks, then months went by and I never heard from Oscar or Mr. Allen again. Sadly, I'd already recommended him to a co-worker who used him to install carpet in her new home. Not long after, the carpet began to fray and she emailed Mr. Allen to discuss. As in my case, he responded immediately, promised to send someone out, and she never heard from him again. We have both tried to reach him for months now, to no avail. Interior Force should be renamed Inferior Force.
Description of Work: I had hardwood flooring installed in my new townhome.
