I contacted Eduardo on Wednesday; he and his crew completed the replacement of cracked tiles and rotted decking of a 15'x20' section of a 34 year old concrete tile roof on Saturday. The cost was competitive with prior repairs on the roof by other contractors and the customer service was outstanding. He even matched the trim paint at a local Home Depot and painted the exposed portion of the replaced plywood decking. This was as close to a painless repair job as I can imagine!

Eduardo was very professional and did the work on time He came out and did an emergency repair and 3 days later did the complete job. can't remember getting better service from other roofers and I've dealt with a lot of them.

I had a leak coming from the chimney. Eduardo from Alfa Roofing came over to give me an estimate on a Tuesday. Told me what he was going to do and gave me an estimate. I agreed. By the following Tuesday he was able to fit me in and complete the job within a couple of hours. Had four guys with him and everyone was professional.

Gerardo responded promptly to my request to begin a roof repair project. He came to my home and reviewed what needed to be done to repair 3 spots on my 38 year old tile roof. Overnight I received his work proposal by email and accepted it immediately. He was working on a large project, but had a delay due to the need for county inspection to be done a few days later. That allowed him to begin and complete my repair in two days after I accepted the proposal. Otherwise he had told me it would be about 1 1/2 months in the future to do my job. He and his helper did excellent quality work to replace deteriorated wood trim, taper foam, and tile underlayment in two repair areas. Drip edge metal was added over the wood trim. He fixed a gutter that was causing rain water to back up on to the roof. A two foot piece of facia board and 15 cracked tiles were all replaced. All pipes and vents on the roof were resealed with silicone caulk. The project was done in a morning with very good clean up of the area. I now believe that the roof is secure for winter rain storms!

Gerado was extremely professional. Watching him work was amazing. He not only did the patio roofing. He check all sky lights and repair any leaks he discovered. I highly recommend Gerado and his company Alfa Roofing for a job very well done!

I hired Alfa Roofing to replace the fascia and importantly to repair and replace the cricket portion of my roof. Gerardo estimated the job to take 3 to 5 days. The job was completed in 3. All aspects of the job were outstanding and couldn't ask for anything better. The workmanship and professionalism are to be noted. Prior to and during the project the communication and coordination were great and the crew was were very accommodating. I had aspects of the project that I needed to complete prior to, during, and after Alfa's part of the project. It all came together very well. Two brothers run this local company and everything about them was spectacular...from the initial meeting for a quote to the finish of the job they were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. On top of that their quote was by far the most competitive with no surprises. I would hire them again for roofing needs.

To be honest, I had a problem setting up an appointment with the contractor, set up but Renaudo, one of the owners finally listened and got serious with me and inspected my roof. He took pictures and explained everything to me, drew up a picture. I signed a formal contract. He replaced plywood panel which was the source of my damage. He also provided a 5 year guarantee. Furthermore, Alfa Roof price was very fair. I felt the brothers are experienced and I want the business to succeed. I will recommend the contractors to any one.

After a few other estimates, when I decided to hire Alfa Roofing, Gerardo drew up the formal contract, which I appreciated very much. He placed double layers of the tarpapers underneath the tiles, which I was told, that is the key to a solid rainproof roof. He replaced a plywood panel; it was the source of the leak, which was damaged badly. He resealed around all the pipes, replaced all broken tiles and provided 5-year warrantee. Most of all, the brothers are very conscientious workers, which is very important to me. Further more, Alfa Roofing’s price is very reasonable and fair. I respect and want to support 2 hard working young brothers, Eduardo and Gerardo, who are honest. Though Alfa Roofing Company is young just starting their own company, the brothers have many years experience in roofing work. I want their business to succeed. Let it rain let it pour, I will have no more worries that rain will seep through into my ceiling leaving unwanted marking. I am totally, 120% satisfied with Gerard and Eduardo's work, my roof looks beautiful, and I will recommend Alfa Roofing to anyone.
