Empire Plumbing is awesome. I would give them six stars if I could. Gabe, who I believe is the owner, was prompt, professional and friendly. In all I got 3 quotes from plumbers who showed up on my HomeAdvisor search. The other two sent in aggressive salesman who just wanted to close the deal and quoted me in the thousands to put in a new line. On the other hand, there was no sales pressure (pun intended) from Gabe. He took the time to listen and got the job done for a fraction of what other plumbers had quoted by fixing the the portion of pipe which was leaking. 5 plus stars. No surprise they have the highest rating for plumbers in my HomeAdvisor search.

Empire Plumbing did a fantastic job fixing my water heater. Gabe called me immediately following my HomeAdvisor inquiry and was professional and friendly on the phone. Richard arrived that same morning, diagnosed the problem and started working with the manufacturer to obtain the necessary parts for the repair. Richard went above and beyond in dealing with Whirlpool, obtaining the warranty information and having the parts sent out for the job. As Whirlpool would only send one part at a time, Richard had to contact them a second time to have another part shipped out. All told, Richard showed up to my house three times to complete the job. He did an extremely professional and thorough job! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Empire Plumbing to anyone I know who's in need of ANY plumbing work.

Richard was courteous and professional. Customer service was great. They were on time. Richard was giving you an update on the the status of the repair as soon as it’s available. I would recommend them to friends.

After installation had been completed, Plumber pointed out that my galvanized supply pipe was connected to a copper fitting. If I had been advised of that at the start, I wold gone to hardware store to obtain an adapter to isolate the two dissimilar metals.

Richard did ab amaxing job working around the mud and dealing with the pipes being literally on top of the pipe he needed to fix. He handled it all well and the 2nd part of the job went perfect as well. He was pleasant, hard-working, and did a great job. 2nd plumber that arrived to deliver a part, also pitched in to help him with a quick couple prep items, and was also very personable and knowledgeable about the fixes needed. Will gladly call them again as needed.

We had a leak in our water heater on a Sunday afternoon and as soon as I posted in HomeAdvisor my phone was ringing. They came out within a couple of hours and fixed the problem. Great customer service.

Hands down best experience I had with a plumber. Richard was very courteous and thorough. Would definitely use then again.

I had pretty small job that was not an emergency, but needed to be taken care of. Home Advisor got me in touch with Gabe at Empire Plumbing. He sent Ruben out to my home that same afternoon. Ruben was very polite and knowledgeable, he fixed the problem and left no mess behind. I will definitely call Empire Plumbing again recomend them to my family and friends.

I had 5 bids for my job Empire price was great but more than that Richard who came to the house was super. There was another company that I almost hired but there schedule was pretty full. I decided on Empire because it was a smaller company and I always go for the small business man over the big guys. I figured the other company was doing well, my job wouldn't make or break them. I spoke with Gabe the owner on the night before the job was scheduled. He was super nice and I was glad I choose them. Richard arrived on time and he was efficient and so pleasant to talk to. We had a hot water tank replaced and our garbage disposal. He was done in about 4 hours. He also checked my water pressure and gave me some advice on a bathroom sink faucet. All in all I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Empire. If you hire them remind them you got this great reference from the old lady that talked your ear off. Sue
