The plummer who came from Empire Plumbing "Richard" arrived early, which was great. He solved the drain blockage very quickly for a reasonable fee. The original plumber from another company could not solve the problem in over an hour and wanted ten times the amount paid (which included taking out the tile shower floor etc.). Richard was very polite, professional, clean and did not criticize the previous plummer. I will definitely call Empire Plumbing in the future and recommend them to my family and friends.

Richard was an outstanding ambassador for Empire. He was very efficient, hard working, polite nd professional. He cleared two clogs, swapped out one toilet, installed a faucet, changed out a leaking supply line and made sure that another toilet was in good working order. I would definitely recommend Empire and Richard.

Did a great job for me. Had a toilet with a leaking base seal. Since I was already planning on replacing it I gave them a call for a sewer line clean out and toilet installation. No emergency since I had another bathroom I could use. Came out the morning of the next day and in an hour and half the job was done. Very friendly and everything was clean.

Good service but the job was a bit expensive at $325 to replace the thermal coupling on our water heater. The part was $75 and the thirty minutes labor cost $250. However, the family we’re happy to have the hot water back!

The best part they were on time. Very helpful & did their best to fix the problem. Unfortunately, Kohler will have to send us a new system, but because it’s a lifetime warranty it will be free. I may need them to install the new system. Definitely I highly recommend them!

Quick and efficient

I was surprised that I got a call quickly on Thanksgiving! Our kitchen faucet had leaked under the sink. Ruben talked with me to find the problem, and set up an appointment. He arrived exactly on time, quickly accessed the situation, and replaced the faucet. I will call Empire Plumbing back.
