Called them in to repair my kitchen faucet leak. The plumber came in right away and replaced what he believed was the cause of the leak for $175. The sink starts leaking again the next day; I called and he came in and thought he fixed the faucet at no cost. Great. Then, the sink starts leaking again the next day. The third time he came in and said the faucet needs to be replaced for an installation fee of $200. Why was it not that suggested the first time? I could have just paid for that instead. That $175 went to waste because the problem has never been fixed. I would not recommend it. 2 stars only for their great customer service. Other than that, save yourself the time and money to hire a company that will actually fix the problems.

He was very professional, he was wearing a mask when he came in, and had it on until the job was done. He completed the work in a short period of time.

Excellent experience all around. I was pleased and impressed by everyone I dealt with. In particular, Richard was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. The next time I have any sort of plumbing issue, I will be calling them again!

Empire plumbing did an excellent job installing a water faucet in our backyard. I would highly recommend them, they were professional and reasonably priced.

Gabe was fantastic! He was prompt, kept in communication during the project and had it finished well under the estimated timeframe. He even installed the rest of my sink when I only asked him to replace the lines. I will definitely contact him for future projects.

Our original plumber (Blue Frog Plumbing in Rancho Cucamonga) closed down unexpectedly, and we had open quotes with them that we wanted to complete. I was matched with Empire Plumbing and a couple of other Pros. Our original plumber told us that we needed a Shower Valve Replacement Cartridge and a new shower handle. They said that was the first step. If that didn't work, then they would reevaluate and move to the next level. So, we had somewhat of an idea of what we needed. One of the Pros (Dedicated Plumbing) we got a quote from wanted to put an access door in our wall in the living room to fix the entire problem. Still, Dedstated that they don't paint the door to match the color of the living room or they could replace it with drywall and that there would be an additional cost to the $750 they were charging to fix the unit. However, EMPIRE PLUBMING came in and said all you need is a Shower Valve Cartridge Replacement. No hole in the wall, no painting, patching, access door, or new shower handle. Just a shower valve cartridge replacement. They charged us less than both quotes we received and they were very honest about what needed to be done. Because of this, I will continue to go to Empire Plumbing for all of our needs. It's hard finding good, honest, and reliable service these days. Empire Plumbing is definitely all three.

Next day service call with free estimate. Plumber was competent and quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested a fix. Installed a new faucet without a problem. Will use them again in the future.

They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Everything was repaired within an hour on the day I reported it. I am very happy with the work that was done.

Gabe is super fast to respond to my situation and came ASAP and resolved the clogging issue right away. Even when the snake broke down, and I offered to pay more for his snake. He kindly refused and said he needed to replace with a new one anyway. Very honest dealing, we will definitely call him up next time and recommend to all the friends and families.

This is an edit to my previous review. Initially I thought Gabe from Empire Plumbing was honest and a good company to hire. He was professional on the job when we hired him in December. Now, one month later, our water heater is broken again. He repaired it one month ago, so we tried to have him come out again and he is not returning phone calls or responding to messages. Very unprofessional! His work only lasted a month and he is not doing anything to try to fix the problem, won't even speak to us! I would not recommend him now.

Arrived on-time, did exceptional work, & applied a veteran's discount. Will definitely use him again if we need a plumber!
