Ruben was very knowledgeable of my plumbing problem and knew just how to fix it. He was very careful not to strip the pipes so was able to reuse. He arrived at the appointed time. The cost was more than the phone quote because I did not have the correct fittings.

This morning we discovered that our water heater was leaking. We needed it fixed pronto. After requesting quotes from 2 places, Gabe from Empire phoned almost immediately. We were so grateful! Ruben, who came out to do the job, was friendly and efficient. Turned out the 15+ year old heater needed replacing. He went out to get his preferred brand, installed it and got everything done by 4:30pm. We are very satisfied with their work and will definitely call them if we need any plumbing problems fixed.

Ruben did a great install and Gab runs the office both did a great job for us. As we are getting older we just don't like to do some jobs. When any plumbing job needs done around here they will be my first call.
