Showed up on time. Technician was not well trained (in my opinion) but at least pricing was fair.

They were so professional. They have me a window of 8 to 10 and showed up at 8 on the dot. They were near and clean in appearance and in the job they did. I would highly recommend.

My water heater began leaking excessively over the weekend. Gabriel took immediate action once notified early Monday a.m. He Was prompt and kept his word and delivered superior customer service. He completed my project efficiently and I consider Empire Plumbing A Top Notch Company I can recommend for performing high value added work.

Quotes are sometimes high but are negotiable to more reasonable level. Always ask.

Ruben was the plummer that completed my service call. He was on time, explained throughly how he was going to complete the job, and completed the job in a timely manner. Also gave me instructions on care of the area that was repaired. The price for service, was fair. I would rate the total experience 5 stars.

They replaced my sewer asked if I wanted my water line replaced at the same time. I told them I did not have the money. One of there employees said he would try not to hit my water line while working. A strange and thing to say if he was a professional they do this work all the time. Now 4 months later my water line developed a leak the leak was directly over the sewer line they replaced. I think they thought I would call them again ti do this work I would never use them i do not think they can be trusted.

The plumber arrive late because he was delayed at another job, but he did call to let me know he would be late. Worked quickly and solved the problem.

We’ve hired 2 plumbing companies before and for me, they are overrated, costs too much for the job and ended up with the same problem. So, we tried Empire Plumbing based from home advisor reviews and other rates/reviews sections and I would say that they are right. This company gives quality work and more affordable. Gabriel from the company came to our house for a free estimate and the plumber that came his name is Ruben. They are both very professional and honest. Ruben was knowledgeable and even went out of his way to make sure that the job is done right. We would definitely recommend this company and finally, we found a plumber that my husband and I can trust. Thank you to Ruben and Gabriel.

First went to Homedepot for our water heater installation but terribly expensive. Empire's price was much more reasonable for the same water heater and Ruben did a great job on the installation. Thank you. Will call again.
