Very professional. Diagnosed problem, bought parts and fixed leak. A different leak sprang up a few days later. He came right back and fixed that one and another preventative one. Fair price and quality service.

Ruben Ruiz, Jr. first came to evaluate & estimate the water damage from a burst part under our master bath sink. Upon calling him back to do the repair, he did a timely necessary job with professionalism and charged exactly as quoted. Will use Empire Pliumbing for any future needs & ask for Ruben when we do.

Water heater went south Saturday night. Went on Advisor the next morning and Ruben was the first to respond. Ruben came over Sunday afternoon and suggested I replace the 10 year old heater. We did without hot water until Monday but Ruben showed up when he said and did a great job. I will recommend Ruben to my friends. Thanks Ruben....
