Kyle came on time for our appointment. He and an associated removed the 8' sliding glass patio door and replaced the rollers and reinstalled. It took about and hour. I was very happy with the service and workmanship.

I didn?t use their services to get the work done because they didn?t give me a guarantee. They were wonderful but they didn?t have a creative solution for the problem. The original contractor had installed the window in a way which didn?t work. So I would have the work done by another company. I have a big problem and I very much got cheated by a window company which is no longer in business. The estimate provided by Kyles Glass was really fair and good. I would have used them if someone else wouldn?t have come up with a more creative solution. They had good ratings online. The other company was more expensive than Kyles. The other company could guarantee it for 5 years but that?s better than nothing. It was supposed to be lifetime guarantee for the original work done.

Kyle came over, measured the glass and ordered a new pane. When the order arrived, he first emailed, and then called to make an appointment to install the glass. He and his assistant arrived promptly and completed the job in about an hour. Kyle explains things clearly and knows a lot about glass. He does an excellent job and is enthusiastic and personable, as well as professional. We've used him twice now, and we think his prices are very reasonable. We have had to repair the glass in our aging sunroom several times. We've used two other glass people before Kyle, but he is the best and we'll use him again.

They arrived on-time, explained everything in great detail, offered long-term advice, allowed me to select a more economical approach without undue pressure. Glass was ordered and later installed on-time and on-budget. Very professional AND personable. A great find - thank you Angie's List.

Kyle returned my phone call promptly, arrived when he said he would both for the estimate and performing the work. He and his helper worked efficiently and very carefully and cleaned up afterwards. It was hard to tell they had been here except for the beautiful unclouded windows. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We found Kyle on Angie's List. He and his partner came quickly when we called, since they were returning from a job. He carefully examined our situation, noted the history of many repairs on these windows, and provided a very reasonable estimate that was less than two others. He insisted on measuring the glass by taking out the window -- extra work for him -- but we're glad he did -- he found they were slightly different sizes. He carefully explained, in layman's language our options and the pros and cons of each; and ordered the window replacements. He came on time to finish the job, and did a great job -- also carefully cleaning up afterwards (he had removed years and years of caulking and taping on these windows). He was friendly and educational throughout --as was his partner. I actually offered to pay him MORE than his estimate, since he wasn't counting on all the multiple layers of caulk. He refused to take any more.
