Good service - hopefully trouble shooted why PGE bill up

I highly recommend having Peter do an energy audit on your home. He gave me valuable recommendations on how I can make my home more cozy and energy efficient.

Just as others have noted in other reviews, Peter is knowledgeable, nice, and passionate about what he does. I learned a lot about my house and steps (some small, some big) I can take to save energy in the future.

He took his time and did an excellent job.

I hired Peter to do an energy audit in late May of this year. He arrived later than anticipated due to traffic and reviewed my energy bills and went up into the attic as well as checked the water heater and the windows. When he arrived he needed to charge one of his tools. He did not glance at the A/C unit in the back yard or the thermostat. I was expecting a written report with recommendations of ways to improve the efficiency of my house and specific vendors to hire. As of this date over 2 months later I have yet to receive a report. I have contacted him multiple times but have yet to receive it. He could improve his product by 1. Delivering it in a timely basis and 2. Using a checklist of items to cover, would never recommend anyone with a lack of preparedness and follow through. I see other glowing reviews and wonder if the same Peter showed up. I am glad I did not sing up for the premium $400 audit. Buyer beware.

Pete was very knowledgeable and personable. We immediately hit it off and he provided valuable cost saving measures to help us reduce on monthly PGE bill. My only regret is I should have called him years ago. My mistake. GREAT service and GREAT value.

He found a different way to add my daughter to the house. An easy way. Peter said to get a notice from the Title Company, and then take it to the recorder's office.

Peter promptly arrived and quickly started assessing everything that may draw energy causing my high PGE bills. He said he wouldn t sleep until he got the job done and he certainly stuck to it!. He even found 3 gas leaks which PGE will quickly respond to. His follow up was great with even more tips to help lower my bill. He s very passionate in his work and seeks to ensure a satisfied customer. I recommend him.
