Do NOT use this company if you expect a professional experience. MRC did a nice job designing and building all the iron work for our home. They built three balcony railings and platforms, a front gate, stair railings and an iron insert for the front door. The total cost was over $20,000. After a year the gate began rusting and the paint on the balconies started fading. We contacted MRC and the owner Rene Cruz to come to repaint and repair (at our expense). However, after multiple unreturned phone calls and then no shows for scheduled appointments ( for which we had to take time off from work to make) we have had to hire another company to come and repair the rust and faded paint. Absolutely HORRIBLE follow up and customer service. If you can get them on the phone, Rene will make appointments and then he won't show up. Who has time for that?! Best of luck in your search but I wouldn't use this company. Ever.
Description of Work: We used Renee Cruz and MRC Welding to design and build all the iron work in our home in 2007. He did a beautiful job with design and install.
