Description of Work: Purchased voucher for $400 worth of tree service. (Paid $199.) Prompt response after my call in October and on time for estimate of work. I asked for an estimate of additional work beyond the $400 voucher and was advised to wait for cooler weather in November as there would be stress to the tree if work was done in the warm weather of October...appreciated his professional advice. Crew arrived promptly, efficiently completed work & thoroughly cleaned up areas of work. Couldn't be happier with the work done...all trees are healthy and well shaped. Will definitely call when trees need trimming again.

Description of Work: Pruned and removed branches from a very large tree and A small tree. The crew seemed to be hurrying through the job; it had a reckless feel to it. The person who did the bidding was professional but he did not get back to me to explain that they ran out of time and could not complete a third task that we had agreed on previously.

Description of Work: Service was great. Bought $400 of tree service for $200. Removed Palm tree and lemon tree which were falling over from recent storm. Met with David and he set up trees to be removed the following week. Three staff members arrived and they promptly cut down and removed trees within 1 hour. They were very professional and fast. Had to pay an extra $100 because company was traveling from another country 40 miles away. Very pleased and worth the price paid for their services.

Josh was an effective job lead, he kept the crew on track with progress, he was safety conscious, which I feel is very important for what these guys do...it can be dangerous, and I felt very confident with his skills and site lead and direction of his crew. The crew was detailed oriented and eager to make sure my expectations were exceeded and that I was satisfied with their work. Super job! Thank you so much!

Description of Work: They took out 3 dead trees and ground the stumps, trimmed several dozen other trees. The team was very polite and worked hard all day. They voluntarily did a few extra things at no additional cost that were not part of the original estimate. They hauled everything away and left the yard immaculate. This is a great tree service company!!!!
