Bruno Ferazza Tree Service LLC

I purchased the Bruno Ferazza tree service through Angie's List Big Deal and was contacted soon thereafter by them. We set up a day for him to come out to look at my yard and see what I wanted done. I did not need to be home for the initial survey, I just left the back gate unlocked. He arrived as scheduled that day and gave me a call after he checked out the yard to let me know what work could be done for the $199.00 big deal price. Initially, the job would have to be scheduled out for two weeks - which was not a problem. We had it scheduled for two weeks out, when he gave me a call to let me know that there had been a cancellation and could schedule the job in just a couple of days, which worked out great. I was at work the day the job was done and came home to find that he did exactly what was to be done and cleaned everything up. He prompt in his communication with me and it was all pretty simple and straight forward. I will be using their service again.

Great. They worked around my schedule and kept it a surprise for my wife. Answered back quickly to my calls and questions. Cleaned up after the job.

the provider does not come to my area - had to get a refund I was disappointed as I needed the service but they provider stated that he has told Angie's list that he does not come out to the Wilton are Wish I had known ahead of time - refunds through paypal are cumbersome

The provider kept all agreed upon appointment times. He came gave an estimate (with a 15% Angies List discount). The price seemed reasonable and date promised for the work was what I expected. On the date we agreed upon he arrived on time, set up his equipment and was finished and gone in about 2.5 hours. The end result was what I wanted and expected. If the need arises I will definately use his service again and will recommend to anyone who might ask.

The job went real well. They arrived on time, raised the canopy, cleaned up and were gone. They had a four man crew and the work was done very quickly. I have another tree that needs work and I will call Bruno Ferazza Tree service to do the work.

The owner and his crew arrived on time. David Freazza made sure of what I wanted done to the tree and that his crew would do exactly that. The three man were polite and professional. They work quickly and checked with me to make sure the job was performed exactly as I wanted. When they were finished, they cleaned up my yard and hauled away all of the debris. I was very pleased with the outstanding job they did and i would recommend Bruno Ferazza tree service to everyone.

Work was performed well and expediciously; cleanup was excellent. The only drawback was that the crew did not show up on the date scheduled and had to come out the following day.

I bought a special on Angie's list and called to schedule my appointment. I left a message and David called back same day. We scheduled a time for him to come and provide the estimate. He was on time and very professional. We scheduled a date for the work. His team called well in advance of the timeframe to let me know they were on their way and approximately how long that would be. They showed up on time and began work immediatley. They were extremely efficient and were done in no time! The only evidence they had come and gone was the missing bushes! Their clean up was outstanding! David arrived next morning to grind the stumps. Again, on time and called before arrival.His clean-up was outstanding as well! I am more than pleased with the quality of work that was provided and the professionalism of the team. I would use them again and I HIGHLY recommend them.

David gave expert advice as to what we could start with on an overwhelming project. His staff was prompt and careful to follow the plan David and I set up for beautifying the yard. There is more work to do, but I'm pleased with the start we made and I would hire them again.

These guys have done work for me in the past so I called them again to get rid of a tree that was too close to my septic. They are great about doing what they promised and leaving the place all cleaned up. They even ground up some extra branches that I got busy and thinned out from some other trees before they arrived! Thanks guys!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went fine. We're in the process of contacting them again to redo something but they were here when they said they were gonna be here and they did a good job. They came on the day that was really storming and it would have been nice for them to ask us before they left whether we were satisfied with what they did. We paid an additional $250 for the service.

The two crews that were sent to the house arrived on time. They worked so efficiently together my husband and I were in awe! They completed this monumental task in 6 hours with the absolute minimum of fuss, noise and mess. It was frightening to have the project done and we had several estimates prior to booking Bruno. They were such a top notch crew, from the owner to the workers, we could not have been more pleased with the outcome!

By purchasing the Big Deal, I got $400.00 worth of tree work for $198.00. My total out of pocket cost was $435.00, but I got $635.00 worth of tree service for that price. The queen palm was right next to the pool, so I was concerned about the tree debris getting into the pool, but the tree debris was minimal and not a problem at all. The workers did an excellent job of respecting the other plants in the area and the structure of the planters. I want to commend Bruno Ferraza Tree Service not only for their outstanding work on the tree and frond removal, but also on their clean up afterwards. My patio areas and walkways were actually left in much better shape than when they got here. Thank you so much, David and your workers, for a job well done.

The employees arrived early. They were friendly and professional and explained what they were going to do. They set to work immediately, worked h****** the hot day, trimming and feeding downed limbs into the chipper. They were finished in approximately 2.5 hours. The trees look good, if a bid spindly. The only issues I have are that my lawn and driveway/walkway areas were not sufficiently cleaned after the trimming. Large items were picked up but debris remained, and there remains a lot of small debris from the trimming that i am unable to get out of my lawn even through mowing and vigorous raking. Also, smaller branches have fallen off and into my yard daily since the trees were trimmed, requiring additional daily cleanup. I'm not sure exactly why, but it has been pretty messy all in all. Perhaps that is to be expected.

The owner arrives and discusses the services to be provided for the price. However, he does not accompany the workers when they do the job. Thus any misunderstanding as to what work is to be done is complicated because they were not there. There was a slight disagreement as to what was to be done and I was accommodated but not without some back and forth. Not as straightforward as I would like.

The service provided by Bruno Ferazza Tree Service was fine. It worked out well. I paid additional $200 to take care of the tree stump. They were punctual, they certainly respond to my request for it. It was done in a timely manner.

Prompt arrival. Excellent work. Cleaned up after they left. Tree looks great and it's a relief to know it's healthy and will make it through those windy winters we have.

They came as promised and were very professional and did a great job of cleaning up after. Also cut down a tree that had died and we were not aware, only charged an aditional $50.00. They were fast, did a great job and will refer them to others and use them again.

This is a late review, but, from what I can recall everything went very well. No complaints.

Called for an estimate and Dave showed up on time and reviewed the work. He had a slot open on Friday morning. Friday morning came and in 1/2 an hour it was done. Very thorough job even cleaned up after themselves. I'll use them again.

They arrived on time and the job was done in a timely manner. I was happy with their work. I think one small stump for grinding was missed. Clean up was good.

I would use them again -- and in fact, need to have them come back and grind the stump. This was included in their original estimate, but I had them do my neighbor's tree branches instead because they can't really grind the stump until I pull out the concrete that the tree roots ruined. Given that this was occurring during a full bathroom remodel, I didn't feel like engaging in the coordination of concrete and stump removal. But...I would absolutely call them to do that once the remodel fatigue wears off! I worked with David (Bruno's son) and he was very professional. The guys were great, cleaned up after themselves, arrived when they said they would, did the work they said they would do. Kind of sad that makes them stand out as stellar, but it sure does, and they deserve to be considered as a company that does "A" work. Thank you to the Ferazzas!

Very punctual, had quick look over work to be done then scheduled a day, took them maybe 4 hour tops to remove the trees and all scraps left behind.

Removing tree and grinding stump were fine. They trimmed another tree but didn't cut back as far as I wanted - didn't get the highest branches - which were most important to me. They crushed the end of a downspout and didn't say anything. Came in and asked for payment when they were done but had cleaned up and the crew was gone- so no opportunity for input at that point.
