They did a very good job and cleaned up after themselves. My only complaint was, I asked them not to cut one of the branches off on one of the crepe myrtles. My request was not communicated to the person cutting that tree and it got cut off. However that said, I will have them come back in the spring to do more trimming for me.

Everything went well. The team performed quickly and well, chipping apart the branches and leaving me the firewood-sized pieces (by my request).

They were very punctual and professional. The trees looked great and very thorough cleanup.excellent price with the coupon deal. I will call them again for some other tree work early next year.

Very polite!! EVERY phone call included at least one "yes ma'am". Good old fashioned manners go a long way! We bought an Angie's List Deal: $199 for $400 worth of tree work. We played phone tag a few times, but that was no problem for me. The trees we needed trimmed are in our front yard, and we didn't need to be home for the bid or even the service itself. Everything went seamlessly, not a palm branch left behind. Trees look great! I would definitely recommend Bruno's to anyone who needs tree service.

Fall is a busy time of year for these guys; I book my tree service in advance so I can ensure that David and his crew will be available when I need them. I'm never disappointed!! David estimates the work to be done in advance and the actual work is done when I'm ready to have it done. On 30 Oct, David and the crew arrived on time......in fact, they were early! They set to work immediately and worked non-stop from 0800-1100. Jerry worked on the 2 plum trees while Elliot and Elgar worked the tallest tree, the pear tree. Elliott climbed the tree in a safety harness to prune certain branches and used a very tall ladder to accomplish the rest of the work. Elgar worked non-stop feeding trimmed branches into the wood chipper. When they were all finished, they blew out every nook and cranny of the yard. It was cleaner than when they found it! The trees are now a manageable height and healthier, as they will not be prone to breakage from winter storms and they always grow more robustly after they are pruned. To top it all off, the guys are very polite and they always thank me for the work and make sure that I know they appreciate my business. Good to know integrity still exists in business! These guys are really a class act....their word is really their bond. I truly believe the price was very reasonable also. I got $600 worth of service for $400 (Angie's List coupon); that's 3 men working very hard for 3 consecutive hours with a beautiful result. Can't beat that for quality work, emphasis here on quality!! My only regret is that I didn't get before and after pictures..........next time! I have referred Bruno Ferazza Tree Service to several friends and each has been very happy with the service provided.

David contacted me and we set up a date for him to see the job. He came while I was away and determined that the job was way too large for the Big Deal price. He was very kind and offered to do the job for a reduced price, but it was more than I could afford. I am sure it was fair, but I was unable to take advantage of his offer. I would hire him with no hesitation the next time I need tree service done.

Great job and great service! Suggested we pollard instead of just trimming for the health of the tree. The crew thinned & shaped the tree so that it's maintenance free for several years.

He is very straight forward and reasonably priced. I am very please thus far.

It turned out fine. We scheduled the time to do the work because there were some additional things that I needed to do to clear out the area. I paid whatever the amount was for the big deal purchase. I thought they were very timely in terms of their arrival time. They achieved the work that they set out to do very well. The clean-up was good. The guy who owns the business is easy to work with and very nice. I would use them again in the future.

Although the provider did a good job with follow up phone calls, his pricing for work performed was exceptionally high compared to other tree service providers. Bruno Ferazza Tree service was not willing to match or even come closer to competitor pricing. Would not call them again or refer them.

David Ferazza's quote was the best out of the three I obtained. He gave me the most for my money by quite a margin. He did not try to sell me additional work and services like one of the others did. In fact, he informed me that some of the work I asked about would not be needed for at least two more years. That was a very honest thing to do, quite impressive. David and his crew arrived on time, set up and went to work with enthusiasm and a cheerful attitude. The work was completed sooner that I expected and the cleanup was very thorough. I was so pleased with everything that I decided to buy a cord of oak firewood from Ferazza instead of my old supplier. It is a very generous cord, well seasoned and cut to just the right size. The wood I received for the last two years was not well seasoned and I had to cut and split most of it. It has been a very pleasant experience dealing with Bruno Ferazza Tree Service. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. By the way Mr. Bruno Ferazza, you taught your son well. He is doing a great job carrying on the family tradition.

They were efficient and cleaned up the mess. They did a great job. The guys were very nice that came out. Everything was fine. I will use them again.

We met with David about prunning of our camillia trees and eventually a large orange tree. Elliot and crew came and did a very nice job and actually did another bush not originally discussed. Work was done perfectly as discussed and we're looking forward to them prunning our large orange tree when it's ready next year.

The crew was fast, efficient, and I was left with a pile of shavings (trees removed and trucks ground) in the blink of an eye. Considering these trees were hugging a fence, I was significantly impressed by the ease with which the trees were removed without compromising the fence

All went well. Cleaned up afterwards. Excellent work. I did not expect the fact the travel required from Newcastle to Elk Grove influenced the quote and cost of the service. Whatever they did would be quoted at the coupon value of $400.00.
