David Ferazza (Bruno's son) is awesome to work with. They are very busy, but he managed to get us in earlier than expected. When you call he gets right back with you. I missed him at the house and described where the trees were - David was able to still give me a quote over the phone. This is the second time we have used this company and we are not disappointed! The day of the cut they were here promptly and saws running at 8 AM. They quickly and carefully had the trees down around the propane tank and the rounds all were 16" or under. The third tree was quick work after those 2. THANKS! Exactly what we wanted! Now I'll stop worrying about those dead trees right over the propane tank! Thanks David - great working with you!

It went very well. I was amazed so much work could be done in such a short amount of time. Teamwork is key in this co. Two men working together makes the job easier. One tree was dead and went down easily. The second tree was huge and they worked on it all day. The clean up was good. Nothing left for me to do and I was grateful for that. They trimmed the oleander bushes along my back fence and trimmed a pine tree. The owner checked in frequently and kept me apprised of what to expect. I had concerns over the hole where the dead tree came out. They backfilled it with the ground up stump. He said it would decompose enough by spring so I could plant a new tree in the same spot. If it doesn't, I'll be calling him in spring. All in all, pleased with job and would recommend company.

I paid $200 for $400-worth of service and received more like $600 of service. They provided more work than I expected and did an excellent job.

Pruned a 50' Maple and a 60' ornamental pear. Both needed a lot of work. Very quick and professional, left the place cleaner than it was when they started. Picked up branches from neighbor's yard as well. Highly recommend.

The employees were on time, cordial, respectful of one another, & exhibited great teamwork. They kept the area clean & picked up every step of the way. They worked efficiently & the process went much faster than I imagined. When they were done, the yard was clean & neat. The arborist was cheerfully forthcoming with my concerns on where to plant a new tree & what kind would be best. They left the mulch pile for use in the garden. All things considered, I am extremely pleased & do highly recommend Bruno Ferazza Tree Service.

It turned out very good. I was very happy with them. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They picked everything up. They were clean, good and fast. They were courteous. It was the first time I used this company. There was nothing bad. It was all good. They cut the tree down and they stacked it. They were very good. That's about it. That's what I paid them for and that's what they did. My wife got a deal from them! It went fine.

They were quick, cleaned up after themselves and were very professional and friendly. I would use them again and have given their number to friends.

The crew was on time, did their job, listened to miscellaneous requests I had regarding finishing details of the job, and cleaned up after themselves before they left.

Because it was dead for so long, it took longer to cut down. Branches could break or snap when the workman were up in the tree. Also, we have a Kumquat tree that needed to be pruned. Bruno Tree Service did a great job. I would use them again.

Bruno Ferraza tree service proved excellent service. The owner came out and gave me several options of what could be done now and in the future. The men arrived on time and took out the trees cleanly and professionally. They were friendly and very hard workers. The also left my backyard as clean as it was when they arrived. Dead tree removal, stump grinding. Showed up on time. Were true to their estimate. Cleaned up after the job- left the yard spotless. Reasonable prices. Will use them again.

Trimmed a large, long row of overgrown, neglected privets down to a uniform height of approximately 15 feet and remove all the side overhang so that the hedge can achieve its intended function as a high privacy fence; and pruned and shaped both a tall laurel and an out-of-control ornamental plumb tree. They completed the work on time, shredded and removed all leaves, branches, and cuttings, and cleaned up both our yard and our neighbors yard upon completion of their work. We are very happy with the results and would definitely call them again.

I received a very inflated estimate from another Arborist, so I took a chance and bought an Angies list deal, (200 for 400$ worth of services) and had David Ferraza from Bruno Ferraza tree service come out. David was thorough, courteous and said that although he was booked up 2 months in advance, he would try to squeeze me in in the next few weeks. He called me and said he could fit me in the following week. I was quite pleased to get it done before all the oak leaves were going to land in my yard! Two days before the work was scheduled, he called me to say he was having problems with his wood chipper and needed to take it in for service. I was disappointed and a little skeptical, but what can you do? Either it was a lie or it was the truth. Regardless, my job wasn't going to be done on the date we had scheduled, so I resigned myself to having purchased another bad deal on Angie's Big Deal. (I have had several of these deals be unsatisfactory.) He (David Ferraza) called me the very next day and said that he was going to try to rent a chipper and still do my service on the day we had originally scheduled the service. I knew doing that would cost him additional money, and I was so impressed that he went above and beyond like that. I still wasn't sure that it would happen, and neither was he. i didn't hear back from him again on Sunday, so when Monday morning came, i assumed my job wasn't getting done. He called me early Monday morning, as I was leaving for work, told me he had good news, that he got his chipper repaired more quickly than he expected, and wouldn't need a rental, so could I please leave the gate open so he could do the work? Luckily he did catch me before I left. I came home and what a difference! David was thorough, left no mess and now there is lots more light in my backyard. I did lose some privacy, but the extra light should allow other trees and plants in my yard to grow. I was sad to lose one of my trees (a big palm that was just too close to the house), but it had to be done. I would hire him back in a heartbeat and can't remember anyone who communicated as well and went above and beyond the call of duty. So many other tradespeople give you all kinds of stories for why they can't complete the work they promised in a timely manner, but David was telling the truth, and then did everything possible to make sure he did right by me and still completed the job on the original agreed-to date.

So far everything has been fine. They were supposed to come tomorrow, but David contacted me to reschedule the service to an earlier time than we had planned and I actually asked if we could reschedule until the weather gets colder because I saw a yellow jacket nest and I don’t think it is safe for his crew to come out at this time.

Tree and bush trimming; tree removal; stump grinding. Brought a crew of 3 who did a very good job getting a lot of work done in a single day. I would use them again.

David Ferazza contacted me the next business day from when I called and scheduled a quote for the following evening. I believe the quote was fair from what I had seen comparable. We scheduled a day and time for the work and they showed up promptly as scheduled. They did much more than I thought they might, much to my delight. They removed all debris and cleaned up most of the leaves off the street and yard. We have had compliments from neighbors. I will definitely recommend and use them myself in the future.

Very quick to come out for estimate, they were able to schedule within a reasonable amount of time, crew arrived on time, did exactly what I wanted, clean up was great, you would never know they were here. I highly recommend this company.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and I was pretty happy with him. My wife was here when they did the work and she said he was polite, thorough and very considerate. We had them do more work so we spent about another $200. We had received quotes on the work earlier and his price was in line with the other quotes that we received. We were fine with that. My wife was very pleased with him and his crew and we were happy with the work they did. It seems like it was a good value. There were some fairly large branches in the trees in some cases. I had contacted him earlier after I purchased the deal, but we were not able to find a time when we could be there for him to come out so he waited until it was a good time for us. It was great.

The work went well without a hitch. They did really great work. They did everything they were supposed to do, they were clean, and they didn't bother my neighbors one bit. My tree looks great!
