It took awhile to get our appointment scheduled at a time that worked for both of us. David continued to stay in communication with me though which I greatly appreciated.The work was efficient & well done.

They did a quick job on the large tree and removed all of it, and then ground the root. All done quickly and cleaned up. Very happy with the service and work ethic.

Mr. Ferazza dug up the roots of an old tree stump. He was polite and courteous. Mr. Ferazza arrived in a timely manner.

We had to remove a large tree and were concerned about the irrigation and possibly other more serious problems. He gave me his opinion, but was straight forward about the possible consequences & what that could add up to financially. We did end up with some cut irrigation - which he fixed & no other issues. David is a real professional. He knows his business and a bonus is he's a nice guy and very pleasant to work with. Would use him again without hesitation.

Excellent. They came right on time. They did a wonderful job at cutting the branches. They complied with our suggestions. The trees look so much better-they cleaned out all of the clutter. The estimator was very professional.

I was fairly satisfied with the service and I had no real problems with it. They collected the coupon and they did a little extra work too on top of it because they noticed some other problems. They were experts and the neighbors made favorable comments since it was affecting their property. They told me that they thought that the guys were very good experts. They also gave me some quotes on all the trees and it was like $1,000 so I hesitated on it because I had lots of trees.

I was happy with what they did. They did what I asked them to do. They did a perfectly good job. They were prompt, polite and efficient. They got it done.

The crew showed up as promised, worked diligently throughout the project, opened up the branch structure and shaped the tree. Did a very good job cleaning up following completion of the project.

They arrived as expected, and spent quite a bit of time to make sure they understood what I wanted in the tree trimming. The went to work did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. We were quite satisfied

They were very prompt and courteous. The price seemed high, but may have been quite fair for the heights the climber literally went to in order to adequately trim this giant tree. I didn't do a lot of research on pricing prior to hiring them, so I cannot be sure. They did a great job, though, and cleaned everything when they left. I would hire them again.

Excellent. We've used Ferazza before and each time, David and his team are professional, careful, polite (even when our neighbors aren't) and personable. They're the BEST!!!!

Trimmed and cleaned three front yard trees. Did exactly what was agreed to. Yard was fully cleared of branches, twigs, and leaves.

Got to my home promptly, went straight to work. They were personable and professional. Completed all of the work in under three hours, including grinding a stump and cleaned up afar themselves. Very professional outfit.

David Ferazza came to review the work I needed done, He arranged for a team to come out the next day. The team arrived and promptly went to work, trimming the useless branches from the tree. The team worked quickly to finish the job, and took all the cut branches to the wood chipper towed behind their truck. I inspected the work with the team leader, and found everything satisfactory.

The estimate for work came in much higher than what I planned for. So I did not use the service.

I used an Angie's Big deal. The total cost was $1000.00 without the coupon. They showed up on time, cut exactly what we agreed on and left within the time period indicated.

only issue is that they did not completely remove stump in front yard.

They did a great job. Very fast. I would use them again.

David estimated work at a higher rate than I was expecting. Other than that, he was very helpful in explaining the quality of service required.
