The workers cleaned up before they left and they were very professional.

I bought his deal for 199.00 for 400.00 worth of services. Everything went as planned.

Workers arrived on time. Work was done efficiently and completed in a reasonable amount of time. Neighbor's trees were thinned much more than I expected and said neighbor was not happy with the look so he finished topping them a week later.

I paid more than the Big Deal amount because of the amount of work I requested. The total cost prior to the Big Deal was $1,200.

Very unprofessional. Never showed up after two cancelled appointments and his excuses were unacceptable. I would not recommend this Tree Service.

They did a good job. They were professional and get the job we asked them to do. I don't remember having any downside.

The contact person/service provider David Ferazza was professional and provided good communication and updates to keep us in the loop. He was eager to please, throwing in some extra small work for free when it was only brought up day of the service. He did a good job at a very reasonable price we think. Wife and I are pleased with the service and we would use him again if we needed his services.

David and his crew were great to work with! They worked around my schedule and were completely understanding when I had left the car in their way. They worked around it until I was able to get home and move it. They also showed up earlier than expected and cleaned up the entire area around the tree. I was very pleased when I came home to see a beautiful tree in my front yard instead of an overgrown monstrosity. Wonderful price and service! I will definitely hire them again!

This job was an Angie's List special $200.00 for $400,00 job. David Ferazza came by to determine what I needed done. The three-man crew arrived only a few days later on time, actually a little early, and verified with me what was needed. They also did a little extra palm tree trimming for me that was not previously schduled. They proceeded to accomplish the job in short order and left my property looking great. I will use Bruno Ferazza Tree Service again without a doubt. I'm very pleased with their work.

This is the 2nd time I have had Bruno Ferazza Tree Service come to my home to cut down or trim my trees. They are EXCELLENT!! Did the work that was bid for the price they said. They cleaned up afterwords and as before the yard was cleaner when they left than when they started. I know the tree that they trimmed will now be healthier than before. They are now my go to company for any tree work I need! They should be yours too!!

Only 2 branches would be cut and removed on one tree. One which is hanging over the roof and one growing over the fence. To cut the branches on two of our tree's the estimated cost would be $ 1,500.00. I have to cancel the service for now until we can afford the asking price. It went well. They were very efficient and kept me informed.

They came out. They were prompt and courteous and easy to understand quote. They were dressed in normal work clothes. They were presentable.

The service went excellently. David was very responsive and came by for a quote, which was $500, but I had bought the $200 for $400 coupon, so the resulting cost was $300. We scheduled the work a few weeks ahead so I could schedule it with my work schedule. The 2-man crew was punctual, professional, friendly, very hard-working, and accommodated a couple of extra special pruning along my driveway near the garage where the work was centered, just to push back some smaller encroaching limbs. I would definitely hire this company again. I like to use the Angie's List coupons to find a good fit, but there is no substitute for realizing the fit and calling up someone reliable.

It turned out real well. They were very professional and left the place very clean. They did a great job.

Yeah, they did a good job. They did the service last month. They did their work but then there is a lot of more that they did so it cost a lot more. It was reasonable. This is the second time we have used them so probably yes.

This is my second time using them and they're just fantastic. The first guy came on February 12 to do an estimate and then he gave me an invoice saying no additional charges and then they came on the 17th to do the actual work. I had them prune my fruit tree and they made a fence line for my neighbor's tree that was getting into my yard. They picked up everything and they're really professional.

He was expensive and I did not like the process he was going to use to trim our trees, however I decided to go with another company.

First ... Ferazza got the date of our appointment for the estimate incorrect. But that can happen to anyone... Except... On the day we met - the gentleman obviously parked blocking my neighbor's garage/driveway and didn't seem to even notice until we mentioned it. Two areas that made us question thoroughness, etc. We found their prices to be high and the gentleman was less than knowledgeable about offering useful advise on feeding our trees, especially for a company that states they are arborists. He gave us no information about the nature and impact of mistletoe on our tree. We were not impressed ... unlike so many other Angie's List members have been. We are sure their actual workers and trimmers are all that A's List members have said... but their front man just wasn't inspiring to us.

The sales person was very prompt, courteous and agreed that my job fit the special offered. We had some difficulty arranging the work due to changes in my schedule, but the office was very accommodating and found a good time for all concerned. The workers were well-informed as to what needed to be done, what limits my neighbors had set on amount to be cut back and began the work. It was done in just a couple of hours, including cleanup. The only problem that occurred was a small, newer crape myrtle tree lost a couple of limbs due to a large piece of the maple falling on it. They were very apologetic. I would definitely use them again. While here they advised some trimming that needs to be done on my big cherry plum tree. They will get that job too.

I was concerned about root problems as well and he suggested I consider a root barrier to protect my sidewalks and house's foundation. They do not perform that type of service. I found another tree service that could perform both the trimming and barrier. David was very professional and courteous even when I explained I had found another service and was hoping for a refund. I would recommend Bruno Ferazza Tree Service without reservation.

We had to reschedule because of rain, but they were good at working around my schedule. Sale price was very reasonable and they performed the job quickly and did a good job cleaning up afterwards.

Mr. Ferrazza was always prompt with communication, he confirmed the day before my appointment and he and his staff arrived on time as scheduled. My tree looks great, the leaves are gone and they cleaned up after themselves. One of my neighbors came over after they left and told me how great my tree looked. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very informative and accommodating. Plan to use him again next year.

This service depended on who's definition of what $400.00 of tree trimming would entail.
