On the day of scheduled work a crew of 2 showed up introduced themselves & were very professional. They went above and beyond as far as cleaning up all the debris and did an outstanding job. At some point David came by the job to confirm the details with his employees and oversee the work. I am very happy with the results.

We were very pleased with the excellent tree service. One of the trees was leaning toward our garage with many large branches hanging over our house as well as the garage. The other tree which was over 60 feet presented some challenges because of its size and location. However, both trees were skillfully cut down without any damage to our buildings or property. The crew chipped the branches, removed the wood and did a great clean up job. We would definitely use them again.

I was not here at the time the hedge was cut. My husband was very concerned as Bruno actually walked on the telephone line above the hedge while cutting the hedge! The result was a cut hedge, but it was rather jagged. Granted, it was not an easy job, but I don't think he had the correct ladder or equipment for the job. Given the circumstances, perhaps this was the best he could do.

Very good response. Contacted us right away. Arrived to give estimate at exact time promised. Work was done while we were at work. Everything was completed at the time promised and no mess left behind. The only issue was a planter that was broken. It was left under the tree and must have been hit by a branch. It was old and probably ready to be thrown out and the plant re-potted but a note saying it had been broken would have been appropriate.

They did a great job! I was surprised that Bruno himself came out. They were very careful with my sprinklers and artificial lawn. They actually even replanted a new plant for me, free of charge. I really can't think of anything they could have done better. I'd definitely use them again.

The 3 man crew arrived on time and after a conformation discussion I learned that I incorrectly had described the scope of the work (it was one of our son's 2trees). The crew foreman contacted David and he and I agreed to an enhanced project (I got a great deal!). The crew then began the work,cleaning up as the branches started falling. An hour later they were done with tree #1 and had started on to tree # 2. The trees were trimmed in a "pollard" technique, resulting in a lot of wood on the ground. They asked, and we declined the offer of keeping the wood for our fireplace. In less than 3 hours, they were done here and starting on tree # 3 at a different lactation (the first location was completely cleaned up of any debris finishing it off with a leaf blower). An hour later the last tree was trimmed in a more traditional fashion and never looked so good! They did a great job on all 3 trees just as was asked of them and we shook hands and they were off. We will definitely call on Bruno's Tree Service when we have a tree concern.

Excellent! Service provider arrived promptly both to give me an estimate and again when service was rendered. I think his name was David and he was polite and professional. When I can afford to hire him again for more work, I definitely will!

The crew arrived on time. They looked over the yard and planned how they were going to remove the debris. They explained how they were going to cut the tree and asked that one of the cars in the driveway be moved to allow them easier passage. They hauled everything out and cleaned up the grass where the palm was cut up. Once down. the crew cleaned up the sidewalk and the street. The crew was very courteous and they weren't loud.

Professional, high quality service. They did exactly what to quoted and left they yard completely clean of all branches, leaves, etc.

Update: This same tree started having large branches break off, which is obviously not this tree services fault, but after calling three different tree services for inspections and courses of action all said the previous work done was not what was needed. The tree is a liquid amber and apparently all the weight was left on the ends, which caused the branches to snap when the weather was hot and the tree took water up to the farthest points. I was not unsatisfied with the work, although the price now seems a bit high, but not exorbitantly so, and the tree still needed more work.

They did a good job cutting back the trees and everything. It was a good job and the cost was reasonable. What was good was they had told me what they were going to cut and they actually cut something a little bit more for me so that was very nice. There was a guy that was on the team that fell down a few times while he was doing the job, but they did a good job.

The owner came out to give us an estimate according to our schedule. The tree service was excellent. They were on time and did what they said they'd do. They cleaned up well & took all the debris, and at our request, left us firewood chopped up in burnable pieces.

I had a coupon from Angie's List - the guys came out after the initial estimate and did a nice job. Professional, prompt and tidy. I've kept their card for use in the future.

This is our second time of using this tree service. Again, we were very satisfied. Not only did they do a great job with the trimming but they also did a great job on the cleanup. The larger limbs they cut, they cut those into firewood size pieces. We know who we will call when we need tree service in the future.

David and his crew were great! He had two crews on the project which took all day. The trees look so much healthier. The property was spotless when they left, including our easement road. I would definitely recommend them.

Ferazza Tree Service was fast and thorough. We would definitely use them again.

I used Ferraza about a year ago to remove an old and diseased cherry tree from my back yard, so when I knew this tree had to come out, I called them again. I made an appointment, but David called the day before, and asked if they could come a day early since they were in the area, so that was a pleasant surprise. The workmen showed up at the exact time he said they would. After removing the trees, they cleaned up every stem and leaf, including some that went up on the patio. David came the next day and ground the stump, again arriving at the exact time he said he would. He also cleaned up all the chips that went onto the patio and did a terrific job.

They were quick and cleaned up the mess in short order.

They came out and gave us a quote andset up a time to do the work, but we ended up not wanting to use the service.

David came out on the next day to take a look at a stump removal job. He had the necessary equipment on hand, and the price was right. He made quick work of it, and cleaned up after himself. He even took the time to educate me about the trees on our newly acquired property. I heartily recommend him and look forward to bringing him back.

We were really happy with them! Great job! They arrived and got things done quickly and promptly and cleaned up well, put the debris to use. They have good equipment for turning trunks, branches, etc. into compost, etc. always kept in touch with us, etc. the guys were all very nice and patient when expressing how and what we wanted done on the trees. The trees pruned were very nicely shaped. Thank you!

These guys did a great job. They were timely. They communicated well. And their estimate was the best of five other companies that I got estimates from. I especially liked the fact that the owner called to follow up to make sure that his crew had done a great job -just prior to the finish of the job. We have other trees in our yard that need to be removed and we'll not hesitate to utilize their services again.

Finally got hold of David. He did a good job, fast and clean.

They were finished in about 3 hours and left the area clean.

Purchased the deal because I had some work to be done. He was very fair and I was able to get the work done for the cost of the deal. He also gave estimates to two neighbors. He removed a huge limb from a tree for one neighbor and they were extremely happy with the work. The crew is neat, clean and professional. The most impressive was the wonderful job they did of cleanup...as if they were never here.
