The workers came on time and perform the work as agreeded upon and they thoroughly clean up the wood and branches from the trees. I intend to work with them again this fall to prune some other trees.

It didn't and I never got my money back.

Extremely punctual!. Very professional. The 2 birch trees were removed very quickly, clean up was excellent. I also had them remove the stumps, again very fast & clean up was great. You can't even tell I had 2 trees removed. They also trimmed a Japanese Plum for me. Although it was trimmed more than I wanted, he was trying to get it shaped properly for future growth. I wanted some of the wood from the birch, but since it is so large, I may not be able to use it without a wood splitter, so they have offered to come pick it up if I decide to do that. Very happy with them. Plan to use them again to trim 3 other trees

This is the second time they have done work for me. I have been very happy with them.

I purchased a DEAL and had the company give me an estimate. I would only owe an additional $100 for the removal of 3 large trees and stump removal. It was a great deal!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was perfectly fine. He was negotiable. I thought the price he was asking for the amount of work that actually needed to be done should be lowered so he did that for me. I thought that was a good thing that he would be able to do that. I was not here when the work actually took place. I had no problems. I thought the original price was too expensive, but he lowered it. I think he did everything on time.

Went very well. Crew was stuck in traffic but I was contacted several times regarding the potential arrival time. Two man crew arrived. Very friendly and professional. Also, the crew did not like the look of one of my trees that was damaged by a prior tree service, so in addition to my requested service, they cut off the dead branches at no charge. Cleanup was great.

There was an additional fee of about $1,000 for the quantity of the trees. We talked to our friends and they were all impressed with the price. They all wanted their number! They were fast and efficient! They were here for about 2 hours and 45 minutes. They cleaned up well and were friendly and professional. They are coming back in the fall for additional work we're hiring them for.

We searched through Angie?s list and looked at the reviews and chose Bruno Ferazza Tree Service because it had high marks and some very good comments. After calling we had David Ferazza come out and give us an estimate. I was amazed at how reasonable it was. They were booked ahead two weeks and we were willing to wait. David called a few days later and said they had some time today 6-23-2014 to do the work and we agreed. His crew came on time and ready for action. They were professional, friendly, and helpful. I spoke with David prior to his crew coming to arrange what to do and add more items to my list. David was agreeable and said he would be out shortly to finalize the billing. When David came, he thanked me for being an Angie?s list customer and we received a discount. All the extra work we added he charged us very little to complete. While here, his crew worked nonstop except for lunch and repeatedly cleaned up after themselves. They were amazing to watch. Like a well-organized machine they completed the assigned tasks and finished by cleaning up the areas again. We highly recommend them and definitely would use them again and again and again. I urge anyone who needs these services to contact Bruno Ferazza Tree Service. Thanks for letting me spread the word about a great company and great guys.

It was fantastic! They did a wonderful job on the tree and they were very polite. I would love to use them again when I have a need!

This turned out fine. They cut down a tree and did trimming on another tree. They scheduled the work and came out when they said they would.

They came and took down two trees in the backyard - one of them was huge and the other had lots of branches hanging over power lines. By the time I got back home, they were gone.

They were fine. They did forget one part of the service and the guy realized that on his own and so he came back two days later to complete the service.

They cut down and removed all of a liquid amber tree. They were very careful because I had a Koi pond underneath the tree and they protected it while cutting off the limbs. Site was very clean once they were done.

appointment setup was smooth... The entire process was very pleasant and would use the service again.

Went great - they worked hard (no goofing off) cleaned up the tree debris.

I had them trim the front trees and sculpture the back trees. It looks really nice and we were very pleased with them. They took care of 2 plum trees, a pine tree plus one other. They were very nice, too.

Excellent job, also cleaned up afterwards, didn't leave a mess.

The tree cutting has not been done yet.

This the second time I've used Bruno Ferazza for tree work. David Ferazza gave me the Angies' List coupon price even though I did not have one. They showed up on time and got right to it. They are very skilled and very knowledgeable about the trees they are working on. They even blew out my gutters which was not on the original work order. They do a great of job of leaving the job site clean and clear. I will definitely use these guys again should the need arise.

They were fine and I had them a couple of times. They know how to trim trees, professional, good, and knowledgeable. I would use them again.

Bruno Ferazza did an excellent job! They were tremendously professional, on time, and fastidious. At the end, our scrub oak was beautifully trimmed and is now a focal point in our backyard. The team also did an excellent job with the other trees and were able to remove the two palms without damaging our sprinkler system. We highly recommend this company!!

David Ferazza replied to my inquiry promptly. Agree to extend to the coupon price which had already ended for the job. On the set day, the 3 man crew arrived 10 minutes early. The crew "captain", Elliott, listened carefully to what I wanted done. He suggested a few things. We agreed & I made clear my expectations, but told him he was the professional, & asked him to do what needed doing in the most efficient way for his crew. I gave him some extra "expectation/wishes" to fill all time paid for since this was a 3 man & chipper truck for the day job. Elliott & his crew did an terrific job of meeting all of those expectations & more in a very efficient & professional way. First, & most important job, was the removal of a very large, old, declining walnut tree which partially over-hung my neighbors fence. Then several small squirrel planted trees, a huge multi-trunked evergreen, some pyracantha pruning, & chipping all that could be. I had negotiated leaving the larger wood cut to reasonable size, and leaving not only my chips, but the previous days load of chips. They cleaned up well & even used a blower in areas. It was a pleasure to watch this crew work. Elliott was especially skillful & very safety conscious while up in the Walnut & the evergreen. Now & then, if I had a suggestion or question, Elliott listened respectfully & answered fully....plus he is a funny & engaging guy. Again. I cannot say enough good things about this company and this crew. Recommend them highly.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and I don't think it was a very good offer. I did not think their work was worth it. They were here for about 30 minutes. I have a big yard with lots of trees so I have to do a lot of tree work. I have used a lot of various tree services and, quite frankly, I will not use this company again. Their punctuality was good.

The price was way too high, so I am getting a refund.
