The crew trimmed a bunch of my trees and bushes behind my pool area. Went well overall.

They were great. The team was professional and friendly. They were punctual. They did a fantastic job. I would use them again.

Although they were late, they did call ahead to let me know there was an issue and gave me a new approximate arrival time. They then called me about 20 minutes before they were supposed to arrive. They did a good job of removing the fig... it was perched over several rose bushes which made removing they large branches difficult. One rose did get hit, but it will be fine. They then ground out the stump... it has now been several months and there is no sign of the tree returning. They moved on the a large wild plum that had been growing on the fence line for the last 5 years (the fence is at the top of a hill and there is very little flat area to stand). The trunk probably had an 8 to 10 inch diameter and was touching the fence. They managed to pull down the entire tree without any damage to the very brittle fence. They did a pretty good job of cleaning up considering there was lots of figs on the tree.

They are out of Auburn CA, and we are in Herald CA, which is supposed to be 100 Miles away. We are outside of the service area, but Bruno was pleasant on the phone.

It went well and then it didn’t go well. David (the son) came out for an estimate and I asked him what I could get for the value of the deal. He said he had the grinder with him and offered to do the grinding for $200 instead of $250 right now. I still had other work that needed done and he postponed the additional work until later. I told him to call me in a couple of weeks. He called me a month later, and said he’d be there on Dec. 3rd. I couldn’t have him out on Dec. 3rd as I’d be coming back from Thanksgiving. We finally settled on Dec. 29th. I was disappointed that I was set aside for so long and he didn't give me more of a priority. I called him in Sept. and he came in October. He didn't get back to me until November. I also didn't like that they had flat out told me when he was available, and didn't give me a choice of dates. It took him 6 mos from after the deal was purchased to have him come out – they even put up another deal in the meantime and was taking clients from the new deal ahead of me.

Excellent! The crew got so much done during the time they were here. Efficient and knowledgeable. We have a lot of trees and I can't wait to have them back for round 2.

They were terrific. In fact when they got here, we had some other problems that he pointed out that were more urgent. We followed his advice and took care of that first. There were no additional charges. They stayed within the Big Deal purchase price. I think for me what stood out about them is that they are a small business. I am a small business owner and he personally came out and supervised the beginning and the end of the work. I appreciate that because I believe in supporting small businesses and they did a terrific job. The cost was actually fine because we have had other tree services on our street. We live on a street that has 50-year old trees and the amount of work that they did and the price as compared to other tree services on the street was absolutely in line. We had a situation where I purchased a coupon and we waited for them to call me. Actually, I found out later that that is now how Angie’s List works. They send out the list to the company that has the coupons and he was waiting for me to call and make the appointment. I was waiting for him to call me and make the appointment, but he was excellent. He came out and he actually showed me, from business owner to business owner, how they get the print out and I was completely understanding of what the situation was because of how the Angie’s List list comes to him. So, that was perfectly fine. He went into a very detailed explanation and showed me the proof of explanation. So, I really appreciated that he was willing to do that. Even though I was frustrated at the beginning, he personally came out and not only told me but showed me the explanation instead of making me just want to believe what he was saying. He took the extra mile to show me the explanation why they had not called. They were just completely professional, on time, did the job well, and cleaned up excellently because trees make big messes. I was really happy. I would definitely refer them.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the promptness, clarity, and care provided by this company. David came on time for the estimate and gave me a very accurate assessment of how much it would cost and about how long it would take. The team showed up exactly on time -- in fact a bit early in order to set up some safety barriers on the street, as there would be parents dropping off kids next door that morning -- and once all were there, the tree was down and everything cleared from the yard and street in a matter of minutes. Very impressive. They even took the logs form the cut tree to my backyard and stacked them up nicely. It's very reassuring to know that there are still businesses out there that perform to this higher standard.

Everything about the estimate and service went well. I simply purchased two coupons because I thought it would be more expensive that it was. Only one coupon was needed for the service that we asked for.

This has been a great experience. David came and did the estimate, which was the same as our Angie deal. He was on time, very knowledgeable and polite. Today David came and took out both trees. He was on time, and very thorough. We are very pleased with Bruno Ferazza Tree Service!!

Very quick to respond with appointment. David came out to view the site and see what I wanted done. The crew showed up on time and got to work right away. George did a great job of trimming all my trees and cleaning them up. We just moved into this 30 year old condo with mature trees and I wanted to make sure the trees were healthy. With the exception of one large branch on the oak tree David assured me all were healthy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants work done. Very professional, courteous and want to make sure the customer is satisfied. I would rate this service A+

Once again, they are amazing. I have multiple sprinkler valves located throughout the landscape and all are wired into one main control box. I was worried about wires being broken because they ran along areas where work was done. The workers took extra care when they worked around wiring and prior to leaving we checked all valves and everything worked. Work crew came on-time and didn't stop until job was completed to my satisfaction. They made sure both myself and my wife were happy. They are priced very competitively and their work is always beyond expectation. I will use them again. If you need work done, I highly recommend Bruno Ferazza Tree Service .

They are a little pricey. They came out with an experienced crew and an arborist. They got it done very quickly.

Purchased Big Deal: $199 for $400 Credit Toward Tree Service and Removal with Bruno Ferazza Tree Service. David Ferazza contacted me immediately and set up a day/time to come out and give me an estimate for the job. He showed up on time and listened carefully to what I wanted done. He offered suggestions that would accomplish what I wanted and still keep the trees looking great. He provided a bid of $650 for the trimming I wanted done. We set up the date for his crew to come and perform the trimming service. David Ferazza called the day before the scheduled service date to confirm the time. He and his crew arrived on time. David reviewed the job with his crew chief Elliot, asked if I agreed with his description of the job and if I had any questions. David left, leaving Elliot in charge of the job. Elliot and his two man crew worked steadily and carefully for several hours. They performed the tree trimming exactly as I wanted and cleaned up the front yard when they were through trimming. They even blew off the accumulated summer build-up of tree debris from the roof, an unexpected bonus that saved me a couple of hours of work. The three-man crew were very friendly and seemed to enjoy their work. They took care to protect the sprinkler heads that were near the trees. All in all, i was very pleased with the work performed, the crew that did it, and what I consider to be a reasonable bid from David Ferazza to remove and trim some really long, thick, and heavy redwood and cedar branches. I would not hesitate to use Bruno Ferazza Tree Service again.

He came and looked at the work and informed us that he was unable to drive the equipment onto the property and he would have to charge us for a crew of men to do the hauling, charging $1700 a day. He thought that it would take two days to complete. We have decided not to use the deal.

Arrived promptly for estimate on 16th. Scheduled with a few days for 1.5 weeks out. Guys arrived as scheduled. Took the care necessary to cut down a 15' eucalyptus. Cleaned up and were polite and quick to start and finish the job.

I called the tree service to set up an appointment. David called back later that day. We set up a time to meet the next day. He said he'd call about 20 to 30 minutes out to make sure we're still on. He did not call for show up for the scheduled appointment to give me an estimate

On time left everything in good shape and even cleaned some branches I had.

Fair. We asked to keep as much shade as possible and just trim up 2 trees so they were not growing into each other. We ended up losing a significant amount of shade (shade plants underneath died within the next week) and the two trees were still left overlapping in some places. They removed several large strudy branches that were providing shade and left thin branches on one tree which in the next month after trimming bent over leaving a poorly shaped tree. Also left a fairly good sized branch that was leaning/growing into our fence. On another tree we asked them to top it off to remove dead branches- they did not remove all the dead branches. They did clean up fairly well. In their defense I did not inform them of my issues or give them a chance to come correct them - I decided to just let my trees try to recover. Great price compaired to other bids but average quality job at best.

It was awesome. This was the second time I used their service. I was not disappointed the first time. That's why I called them back. I called the owner for an estimate. Done. He called again to make sure we were a go. Company called the day of job to let me know what time to expect them. Right on time. Three professional men knew exactly what I wanted done. It was done. I have a pool and the nine twenty foot trees were only two to thee feet away from the pool. They were so precise on how to cut the trees to avoid the debris from falling into the pool. Always asking if every thing was ok to my specs. They also cut back the neighbors trees very neatly. They cleaned up every thing. They were so polite and professional. Dave was very responsive. He went out, and gave me an accurate estimate. Called prior. Took care of all the plants below. Cleaned up. All this and I never met him or crew (Good communication of what had to be done).
